Emerald Suites has affordable rates, comfort, full kitchen and an excellent location. This is a non-gaming property. For your convenience, Emerald Suites now offers Continental Breakfast for sale in their lobby. The Emerald Suites on Las Vegas Boulevard offers 396 furnished suites and is located 4 miles south of the Mandalay Bay resort. The hotel is within a short driving distance to all las Vegas has to offer including great shopping venues, casinos, fine dining and the convention centers. Guest Rooms
The one-bedroom suites come with your choice of one king bed or two double beds, (upon availability at Check-In) and you will be pleasantly surprised by the size of the suites which include a full kitchen and an array of amenities to make you feel at home. In-room amenities include high-speed internet access (only $4.95 per day), 25” satellite TV with premium cable (HBO, ESPN), microwave ovens, stoves, refrigerators, coffee makers, cooking and dining utensils, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, hairdryers, free in-room safe, and free local calls with personalized voicemail, just to name a few.

The Emerald Suites offers guests a wide range of amenities to ensure rest and relaxation, including two on-site laundry facilities, front desk, high-speed internet (fee applies), complimentary coffee in the lobby, and much more. Some amenities may include a charge. Emerald Suites South Las Vegas Blvd is pet-friendly too. Pets of maximum 20-pound weight accepted Non-refundable fee of $25.00 per night, per pet, payable to the hotel Beyond the non-refundable deposit, guest is responsible for any and all damages caused by their pet You must clean-up after your pet Your pet must be kenneled if left unattended in your suite You must leave a contact number with the Front Desk in case your pet suffers separation anxiety One warning will be given if pet is disrupting other guests. If there is a second disturbance, the hotel will ask you to vacate the premises. No aggressive pets can be permitted. Maximum two (2) pets per room.

Emerald Suites South Las Vegas Blvd. is located just a block from the Las Vegas Outlet Mall and minutes from The South Point Hotel and Casino. Note: Check-In time is 3pm and Check-Out is 11am. Must be 18 yrs or older with valid photo ID and credit card are required upon check in. A $5.00 refundable key deposit will be collected at Check-In.
