The Cancun Resort is a luxury, condominium resort located five miles from McCarran International Airport, at the threshold of the Las Vegas Strip. This brand-new property offers spacious, all-suite accommodations and a great facility that includes an extravagant pool area in a highly thematic courtyard, complete with a replica Mayan pyramid. Guests will enjoy the quiet setting, while being convenient to the excitement and attractions that Las Vegas has to offer. The Cancun Resort even offers a shuttle to the strip in the evening. The guest suites are all apartment-type villas in mid-rise buildings. The guest suites are beautifully appointed and they come equipped with a full-size kitchen. What to expect: Located just under five miles from the hubbub of The Strip, Cancun Resort is a good choice for travelers seeking spacious and convenient accommodations with the comforts of home. From its secluded South Las Vegas Blvd. setting, the resort offers easy access to the neon-lit excitement, with daily complimentary shuttles to the Strip. The Las Vegas Outlet Center is two miles away.Amenity highlights: The resort's expansive palm-lined grounds feature a main swimming pool (closed during the winter) with a Mayan Lagoon and a smaller pool with a Mayan Cove and waterslides. A pyramid with cascading waterfall and waterslides is between the pools, and five spa tubs are situated around the pools. The resort also features a poolside restaurant and lounge, a small poolside cafe, a day spa with massage, a children's game room, and a fitness center.Insider tip: You don't need a plane or parachute to skydive at Flyaway Indoor Skydiving, located seven miles from the resort. Flyaway allows guests to experience the sensation of skydiving in its vertical wind tunnel, America's first. The simulated experience of the tunnel is so realistic that it's used by professional skydivers for training.

Cancun Resort is 4.5 miles south of Mandalay Bay and the Luxor. The
resort offers a complimentary daily shuttle to the Strip.The resort's
extensive amenities are highlighted by two outdoor pools (one closed
during the winter) with four waterslides. A pyramid features a
cascading waterfall and five spa tubs. Guests can relax in a poolside
hammock, or sip a drink and have a meal in the Caribe Restaurant and
Lounge. The Coba Cafe serves light fare. A day spa is also on site.
Cancun Resort staff members can provide concierge service, help make
dinner and show reservations and plan excursions to the Strip. Wireless
Internet access (surcharge) is available in public spaces and near the
pool.
