| We loved our stay at the Golden Nugget! You really get a lot of bang for your buck when you stay here. They have excellent resturants. We especially enjoyed the steakhouse. The rooms are very nice. Also, the spa fitness facilities are very nice! Cant say enough! |

| Room was modern, clean, quiet and very comfortable. I am very pickey about my sleeping environment and this room exceeded expectations. |

| Overall hotel was very good. Pool area is really some place to enjoy. Shark tank is fun for kids as well as adults. The only complain I have is that I was given double-bed room instead of king-size bed room I booked. In all other aspects hotel was very good. |

| Service desk very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. The maid left a lot to be desired. Not very friendly, our room did not get service and we were only in it for about two hours all day. I would stay here again, it's my second time at Fremont St., and the GN I would go back to this hotel if I was going to L. v. |

| Room was nice. Hotel under construction. Loud and messy. Pool was horrible. Had to move with everyone at the pool to stay in the sun for more than 15 minutes. Bad design. |

| I have stayed at the Golden Nugget before because that is where a buddy normally stays. I do have to say that for the price you cannot beat it. It's not on the main Las Vegas Strip, so that is something to consider when planning your trip.
The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is really clean. It does not have the smokey smell that The Fitzgerald or 4 Queens have. Customer serveice is really good. I wouldn't say outstanding, but really not bad if you're not too needy.
Unfortunately depending on the time of year, the price of the hotel may be out of reach for some. I normally go in early November for the SEMA show and the prices are usually extremely affordable at that time.
Good Luck on your decision. If you do decide to book the Golden Nugget, make sure to plan some time to hang out at the Shark Tank. It's gorgeous and relaxing. |
