| One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for its free shuttle service to the strip and to the airport. They told me at check-in that as long as they weren't gone to the airport, they would have 24hour shuttle service so I could just call when I was ready to be picked up and someone would meet me at the appointed pick up location. When I called for my pick up, they told me a shuttle wouldn't be available for 2 more hours. They did offer to reimburse me for taxi fare up to a certain amount. This also happened the next morning when I needed a ride to the airport (even though I had scheduled it the night before.) |

| Having a flight that arrived early in the morning (8am) the hotel shuttle picked me up at the airport after receiving my call within 20 minutes. At the hotel lobby I was greeted by the most helpful front desk person by the name of "Lora". Lora allowed me to store my luggage in the lobby (check-in wasn't until 3pm) while I explored the area around the La Quinta.........she said she would try to have a room available around 1pm. Asked if I could get a cup of coffee from the breakfast dining area......Lora not only said I was welcomed to grab a cup of coffee but also offered the full breakfast that was being served (and I hadn't even checked in yet). Lora managed to not only have a room ready for me by 11am but gave me a single queen rather than the double I had booked (really didn't need the double beds). The on demand shuttle service to and from the strip was great, the shuttle to and from the airport was also quick and easy. Would stay there again in heart beat and highly recommend it. All the staff was equally as competant as Lora.....but I specifically mention her as she "stood" out for being so helpful. |

| Great location but overall appearance of hotel is somewhat shoddy. Beds are very uncomfortable and sheets were like sandpaper. It was relatively quiet and staff was nice. I would stay there again because of the location and I'm not that much of a comfort queen and can make do. Decent breakfast included.
Internet was reeeeeeaaaaaaalllllllllllly slow and practically worthless. |

| I enjoyed my first stay in La Quinta Las Vegas Airport. They have hotel shuttle that transport you to and from airport as well as the strip, which is very convenient. There are also complementary internet and breakfast. That's why I chose to go back again. However, this time they placed me in one of the rooms in the back. There were no shampoo and soaps. When I ask the front desk for it, I did not receive them until after over an hour. The next day, they did bring more, but they took them back again the following day, leaving only the used bottles. It's quite strange. The TV remote doesn't work. The coffee makers have everything except creamers. The maid service was just not satisfactory. I still enjoy staying at this hotel, but I will request a room closer to the lobby next time. |

| We were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel except the pool area. We would have like to use the pool, but 4 of the 6 lounge chairs were missing 2-3 of the slats where you would place your bottom. Kind of hard to sit in a chair that was missing the majority of it!!!! Please get that replaced as soon as possible. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

| Hotel shuttle pick me up at the airport. My room was very clean and neat. I didn't have a rental car, so I had to walk about a mile to get to the monorail. Pool and gym area exceeded my expectations in every way. |
