| I reserved a luxury room with one king size bed and they did not have one. And would not upgrade or charge less because it was there fault. |

| The only complaint is if you are going to self park you cannot pull up to the front and have a bellman help you with your luggage. And it's a LOOONNNNGGGG haul from the parking lot to the front desk... |

| Center strip location across from bellagio! Comfortable rooms, cute decor. Great restaurants and the Eiffel Tower observatory is worth paying for, the view is spectacular! |
