| We stay here because you can sleep 5 people comfortably in a room with 2 beds since there is a pull out bed in the living room. The rooms are very large and spacious for a group. The style is very modern and everything new so it's very nice. It's just a short walk to the back of Bally's and you're on the strip. We've stayed here a couple times and will stay again. Only complaint is our room wasn't ready upon checkin and we requested 2 beds and only got one. The manager took care of it though and upgraded us to a room that was available with 2 beds. It was an awesome huge room. |

| I stayed here recently and overall was pretty pleased. The room was nice (although not luxurious) for the money. The amenities were nice. The food (restaurants and room service) was expensive.
My only two issues with the stay were these: bad service and a dirty bathroom. When the bell boy took me to my first room, the cleaning job in the bathroom was unacceptable. The bathroom had not been cleaned well. My other issue was with the incredibly rood woman at the front desk Ava (or Eva?) She was unbelievably rude and should be fired. On the other hand Claire was amazing. She is everything that hotel staff should be. She was courteous and actually went out of her way to see that my needs were met.
Overall, this was a mixed experience. For the price paid, I really can't complain too much. But I definitely won't be staying again. |

| We stayed in the Platinum for an overnight in Las Vegas. The room was awesome. I booked a suite and this was the best suite I have ever stayed in for a typical traveler's budget. There were really nice touches that helped us like a washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and oven. Although we were only in the unit for one night, we used most of the amenities.
The staff was great too. The recognized us and called us by name. When I offered one of the gentlemen a tip, he indicated my wife had already tipped him earlier in the night. I thought that was very respectful. I'd go back in a heartbeat. |

| Spa closed Monday -Wednesday, difficult to access vehicle(valet parking only) nylon carpeting caused us problems with static, otherwise pleasant relaxing stay; would recommend, upgrade given on request. |
