| Myself and two of my friends stayed at Polo on a birthday weekend getaway. For three 23 year olds wanting to get away, this place was more than we had expected! Since Polo is also a time share property, they offer everything to be imagined for the guest who will be staying a long period of time. The room we stayed in offered a full kitchen complete with all the flatware, utensils, and anything else you would need. The bed was extremely comfortable!!! There is even a stereo complete with an ipod dock! There is not a casino at Polo, but that was not a problem because Planet Hollywood is literally across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a line to check in, but it went fast and we hardly had to wait. The only downside is that Las Vegas Blvd/The strip is under construction right in front of Polo which makes taxi rides interesting, but the construction should be complete soon. I cant speak for the experience a family would have, but for a few friends wanting to have fun in Las Vegas, this place was awesome!!! |

| The hotel/timeshare location was very, VERY nice. No hustle and bustle compared to a stay with a casino on site. The men who parked are car was very nice and helpful. The front desk people not so much... and sometimes it feels like you stand their waiting for them when they are doing NOTHING. We had a flooding bathtub, it was our fault for not mentioning it until the last day. However, they weren't very helpful once we informed them. We simply got an unsympathetic sorry. Besides those two complaints, I enjoyed staying in the suite with a full kitchenette. It was much more convenient than say a regular hotel room with two beds. The girls and I enjoyed it overall. |

| maid service didn't visit my room, but since I only stayed 2 nights, I didn't mind. The walls were thin and you could hear the conversation next door. Other than those two things, the hotel was fine and I would stay there again. It was recently updated, so it didn' feel ancient. It doesn't have a casino, which I prefer, and it's pretty much on the strip so it's real convenient. Overall, good price, decent accomodations, the staff were nice, and I was satisfied. |

| The Polo Towers was a great deal. Location was awesome for the price, and room was clean and stocked. Maid came to our surprise, even though we were staying just 3 nights, and it wasn't difficult to say "NO" to the 90 min. talk on time share opportunities. They weren't pushy at all. Loved it and will stay again! |

| so upon arriving, intial thought is that the outside of the hotel was just okay. then i saw the line to check in. it was out the door. but that didn't deter me....at the beginning. we waited in line for at least 35 minutes. keep in mind there were only 4 groups of people in front of us. there were about 6 or 7 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing...while 2 other employees did all the work. during the 35 minutes we waited, the line now stretched out the door and around the side. i was extremely disappointed already.
after we checked in, they pushed us over to a "sales" guy who tried to get us to join them for coffee so they can try to sell us a condo/timeshare there. when we said we were not interested, we got the cold shoulder and was shoved off so they can try their sales pitch on the next victims.
when we checked out, the lady asked us to fill out a customer survey. since we were flying standby and were already late to the airport, we told her we would fill it out and mail it back. her smiled immediately turned into a frown and ripped the survey back from us and said "never mind then, you should just leave now."
i will never stay at this hotel again, even though the price was reasonable for the location. and when they say the room is a studio, they should really say room is the size of a queen size bed. because i think i could have put my feet on my bed when sitting on the toilet!
i would not recommend this hotel unless you were in desperate need, it's new years eve and you can't find a room anywhere else!!! |

| I stayed in the Villa, which I would recomened to anyone. We had a one bedroom with a kitchen. Very clean and looks newly renovated. Close enough to the strip to not even need a car. Not the biggest or coolest place to stay but for the price I paid, well worth the money. |
