| For teh location price is great. The Paradise Tower is much nicier than the Island Tower. |

| They charged us a resort fee even though the pool was closed for renovations. Many other hotels in area without fee! |

| We paid in internet for the fifth person and they did not gave to us an extra bed, the first person at the front desk was rude, the second helped us a little better, they did not reconize that we paid extra for another person. I know that it is one of the chepaest hotel in Las vegas, but anyway be nice with the public and give whatever they offfer in internet is the minimun that we wanted |

| Room was big and comfortable, price was decent, location is very close to all the major casino's. |

| When I checked in the hotel charged a $9 per night "resort fee" on top of what I already paid through hotels.com. I sked what the fee was for, they told me it was for use of their pool and hot tub. Well on day 2 I went to use the hot tub only to find out the pool and hot tub were under renovation. So I was paying a fee to use something that doesn't exist.
Bed was very worn out. TV had about 8 channels total. Parking lot is very small for a hotel that size. So a couple times we had to park in a remote overflow parking lot. |

| Got free tickets for a show too.. The room needs a little sprucing up but it was clean.. |
