| My husband and I decided to stay in this hotel because we were going to Morrissey concert at Hard Rock Hotel, which is within a walking distance from here.
In general, we're satisfied. The hotel room was well maintained and spacious. It has a bedroom and a separate living room with a small kitchen area equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. Both the bedroom and the living room have a television and a heater.
When we first entered the room, we really liked the room but felt very cold. We wanted to turn the heater on, but it only blew out cold air. Although there was an instruction on how to use the heater, it was still difficult to figure out. After about 10 minutes, we finally get the heater going. The room started getting warmer and more comfortable.
I liked that the bathroom had a jetted tub because I love taking a bath. A few complaints I had were its switch is on the other end of the bathroom, and it runs less than 15 minutes. So I had to get out of the bathtub to get the switch back on several times. But it still helped me relax. Another thing was that the shower head was unusually low. If you are over 5'10", you probably have to squat down to wash your hair.
The hotel is off the strip but close to the strip. It takes only three minutes to get to the strip by car. It was very affordable even on the weekend. Despite its low rate, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice, as most reviewers have said.
Although there were some limitations, I still enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a family and budget friendly hotel. It's a non casino hotel and allows pets (There were actually a lot of dogs). We could save money by staying in this hotel and had a nice dinner on the strip. |

| Not the best surrounds here. I would recommend that if you are planning on walking to or from the Hard Rock at night that you stay in the courtyard. The parking lots are a little rough at night time. Nice hotel and great staff nonetheless. Recommended for a clean, non gaming, apartment like feeling hotel experience in Las Vegas. |

| HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND PROFESSIONAL. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, PLENTY OF ROOM. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THEM UPDATE SOME OF THE BATHROOM FIXTURES. OVERALL A GOOD PLACE TO STAY FOR THE MONEY. WOULD GO THERE AGAIN, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE FAMILY. |

| Our good experience began even before arriving to the hotel. When making the reservation, we only had the option of one King bed. I made the reservation anyway but afterward I called Alexis Park Resort and both representatives I spoke to were very happy to help make sure we would have 2 queen beds in our room.
Upon arrival the front desk employee was very bright and she answered our questions regarding an extended checkout after checking us in. She noticed we had an extra guest checking in with us and offered us an extra key with out any fee.
We loved how our room, The Monarch Suite, had the beds separate from the living/kitchen area. The wet bar was very convenient since we were going to be storing and drinking all our own drinks before going out.
The only bad thing was all the construction going on around the surrounding neighborhood. Took us an hour just to drive to In and Out, get food, and return to our hotel.
Overall very satisfied with our stay here :) |

| Huge two room suite. And I mean 2 full rooms, a complete living room and a completely separate bedroom. |

| Hotel staff was pleasant, they gave us a complimentary upgrade. My only complaint was that the jacuzzi in the suite was missing some suction caps, so it made a really loud, annoying noise when we turned the jets on. |

| There was one minor set back. The tv in the living was not working, so I called front office to inform of the problem, mean while my family and I, are starving. Very hungry. Maintenance gets to the room and realizes that the tv wasn't working. Front office instructs maintenance to replace with another. 2nd maintenance personnel arrives to the room and admits that he had recently swapped the working tv , to another room and left the non working tv in the room that I was given. Just found the situation unproffessional. |

| This was a great hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. It's close to the airport, but you didn't hear the planes all that much. Never heard them while inside the room. The grounds were very well maintained and the pool was huge. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. My only complaint was that the pillows were hard and flat. |

| Comfortable suite. Excellent location, convenient to hotels, strip, UNLV. Extensive grounds with large pool and 2 smaller pools. Grounds upkeep could be better. |
