| We always stay at candlewood across the U.S, but this location had a different experience. We never have any complaints at all but the service was awful! we checked in and the front desk was very nice and speedy. Our DVD player wasn't working and we asked for a new one and the front desk attendant stated he will replace it while we were out. We left the room at 7pm and came back around 1am. Still no new DVD player. Next, we asked for broom because there was broken glass that needed to be cleaned up. Again, he mentioned he would bring it up. We went out for dinner and came back. Still no broom. Finally, our toilet clogged and the front desk said they couldn't do anything unless it overflowing. Instead he just came up and dropped off the plunger and we had to try to fix it ourself. Still it didn't work and we had to use the lobby restroom which we were on the 4th floor. These are the only complaints I have about this place. But the location was very convenient and I would still stay with Candlewood but the front desk was pretty lazy with our stay. |

| The rooms have everything you need, they're clean, comfortable, i loved the bed and the three different firmness of pillows, and the front desk is accomodating with what ever your needs are. The honor snack room and movies are something you will never find anywhere else. There is nothing worse than a long flight, finally dragging all your crap to your room, just to have to go out and find a store, restaurant, or mini-market to get snacks or smething to drink. It' all right there for you. Wonderful. I have no idea why it's only 2 stars. |

| Very Impressed with this hotel's customer satisfaction efforts. The room was lovely, the service was excellent and friendly - I've stayed at nicer and more expensive places, but the honor store, the free dvd rentals, the cute room and cleanliness was the whole package. I'm looking right now to book for my next Vegas trip in a month! |

| We stayed there on New Years Eve, and the price was reasonable for this time of year compared to other hotels. It is not located on the Strip, but the Strip is easily accessible on foot. The room had a fully equipped kitchenette which can be very convenient. The staff is friendly. |
