| If you are looking for a good, cheap room right off of the strip, this is the hotel for you. The rate is much less on weekend nights than the big hotels, and it's between Planet Hollywood and MGM, about a block off of the strip. Very decent room, and even has a small kitchenette area with micro, oven, fridge & sink. Something inside of our toilet broke when we went to flush it at one point, so we called the front desk. Maintenance was up immediately for a fix. We were very happy to have a nice stay at an affordable rate. I highly recommend this hotel!! |

| Wow what a surprise for my money. Great hotel in a great location with a great rate. Very nice spacious suites. Very friendly front desk personnel. Easy walking access to the strip. It is a non-gaming hotel and it was nice at the end of the night to head back to a quite hotel/room. I totally recommend and I will definately be back again. |

| My friend and I stayed at The Carriage House for 4 nights. I am usually trying to find that balance between cleanliness/comfort and nightly rate. Well, this hotel had it. I was very pleasantly surprised at the room we recieved. Cleaner and neater than expected. The beds were quite comfortable. Flat screen TV, nice kitchenette area. Loved the oversized refrigerator. Just a wonderful experience! And we were just off the strip. I highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay there again! |

| great location, just outside of the strip, next to the planet hollywood casino.
very large rooms with nicely equipped kitchens and seating area. slightly older, but well maintained.
very friendly lady at the front desk!
slight problem with wifi-internet was fixed within minutes. |

| We stayed at the Carriage House Nov. 9th and 10th 2008. We were in Vegas for a wedding, and needed a decent priced hotel for the night. Because of several convention, Concerts and an Awards show, the room prices in Vegas were at most places was premium. We picked this hotel, because the price was good, and all of the reviews said the same thing "Clean" and "Friendly Staff"- The reviews were right.
The room: Nicely decorated, Very Clean, bed was firm-but not too firm. There were extra pillows and a spare blanket. All rooms have a mini kitchen, with silverware, dishes and cups, utensils, there was even a measuring cup, and a toaster. And on our floor there was a laundry room.
There was construction going on on the street when were were there, so it was dark at night, but we had a car. And we didn't hear any construction noise during our stay.
The staff was great, really friendly. They even had a simple map they created for getting around. And the directions they gave were perfect. They even knew which buffet was the best in Vegas
This hotel does not have a Casino, or any place to eat. However, the Miracle Mile Shops that connect to Planet Hollywood are diagonally across the street, for food and shopping, and gambling. Vegas has a monorail, that Runs Behind the strip, from the Carriage House, you can pick it up at MGM.
I was really Happy with our stay, and I would go back. |

| Me and my girlfriend stayed there while in Vegas for a concert and we couldn't have asked for anything more. All of the staff was very courteous and extremely helpful... The room was way over what I expected for the price, not to mention it was very clean. With it's great location we were able to stay within walking distance of the strip, without having to stay in a smoke-filled, loud casino/hotel. I've recommended it to all my friends and I will recommend it to anyone else. |

| We booked this hotel last minute, and picked it because the pictures made it look appealing. When I saw the price I didn't expect Greatness..but thought it would do. We were very surprised to find that we were upgraded to a Suite... and the security made our family feel safe. I would definitely stay there again! |

| The location was great, just behind the strip, everything nearby. The hotel is great for families with children, there is no casino there. Good security. The kitchenette is well equipped with stovetops, microwave oven, toaster, fridge, flatware and silverware. Internet connection is very simple and fast. Make sure you take the network cable with you. All in all, great place, we enjoyed it. |
