| I chose this hotel based on the best rate hotels had. I get there and OH BTW there is a $15 "resort fee".
W-T-F is this BS? I wouldve picked a diff hotel for same or less of a price as the rooms at this price are kind of flea baggish. Hotel/Casino attracts a bit of a dirty crusty crowd. You Decide. |

| After paying Hotels.com with a credit card, I thought I was done with the payment for the lodging. Wrong. Now some Hotels in Las Vegas have an amenity fee that you pay the Hotel, after paying for the lodging on line. The amenity fee was as much as the lodging price I paid on line. Luckily, the lodging price was very low and with the amenity fee the total cost was still below what I would have paid elsewhere. |

| Apart from the hotel.com payment, they also charge 16.79$ extra for internet and some others .... over all it's not worth |

| We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room, included breakfast buffet, and helpfulness of the staff we interacted with.
Very convenient on/off from the freeway for access to Vegas attractions without being in the middle of the Strip and associated traffic.
Would definitely stay there again. |

| I'm in Vegas 1-2 nights every week. Palace Station is one of the hotels I keep going back to. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra for a tower room. It is much better than the Courtyard. I've stayed in more expensive hotels on the strip that were not as nice. I stayed in the Courtyard once and will never do that again (most of the unhappy reviews are from Courtyard rooms.)
There is a $16.49 resort fee. I don't know how many people I have seen at check in that didn't bother to read the property description. It's listed right there. When you stay in Vegas, be ready to pay a resort fee. More and more of the hotels are charging them now. If you have a laptop, internet is included in the resort fee ($10-15 charge in other hotels.) |

| The room was clean and pretty nice, but a little small, especially the bathroom, and shower in particular, allthough was very nice to look at with nice tile, and a rain shower head, but I found it hard to bend down to was my lower body. The hotel gave coupons that if you were to use them would pay for the room. I only stayed one night, so I only took advantage of the free coctail one. One more complaint was the no elevators, and allt of steep stairs. |

| Overall the Palace Station met my needs. Two specific negative comments: 1. Very confusing layout to find courtyard rooms - like a maze. 2. In my room TV and desk light were unplugged for some reason and took me a while to diagnose the problem, which I was able to fix myself. Specific positive comments: 1. We had special circumstances related to checkout (vague softball tournament schedule) and the staff was VERY accomodating to meet our needs - Thanks. 2. Very good onsite resturants with reasonable prices/discounts. |

| I would recommend this hotel,it was so convienient and of course the restaurants was really great especially CoCo's which breakfast was always great.The location was great especially away from the strip and the shuttle was such a convienence which made our stay really great away from the hustle of Las Vegas life,the room was always clean and the view from the tower was wonderful,next time we go we're staying there. |

| The resort fee was over priced for what was offered. The property has no elevator in the motor inn rooms. The room had been renovated but still had a bad smoke odor. |

| The rooms were nice enough, definitely a good value midweek. Comfortable beds. The view of the casino roof top was not too appealing. The casino needs to have some updating or renovations. |
