| Whoever is running the place is doing a great job. The staff was courteous and helpful with every demand. We were traveling with our young boy and the staff was so helpful in our needs for a fan and crib. The surroundings are beautiful and great for kids with the pools slides and beach. The patio was great for the adults. Something for everyone. Though it is a bit tough to enjoy the strip we loved the place and will be returning. |

| We have always stayed at another hotel attached to the village when visiting Lake Las Vegas. Little did we know that paradise was just a short distance away. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful and relaxing. We found it more peaceful being separate from the village - and knowing that the hotel's free shuttle could take us back and forth when we wanted the change of scenery and activities at the village. |

| Wonderful staff, accommodations, food, fun and a beautiful setting on the lake. We enjoyed the amenities i.e. spa, restaurants, pool side activities with our friends in our group. We'll all be back! |

| My only complaint is the noise level in the room since we were placed next to a broiler room (i guess) that made noise all night. When I called to comlain, the staff just suggested I turn a fan on to drown out the noise. When I asked for a fan, they did not have one.
Staff was friendly and nice, but not by Vegas standards.
Everything else was beautiful. We especialy enjoyed the man-made mini beach and exterior fire lounge pits. |

| The people that worked there were very nice. They would go out of their way to make sure that you were enjoying your stay! I have 2 dogs and they only wanted $25.00 for the whole stay. I have been to dives where I had to pay 300. non refundable. They had special dog meals to order (Little expensive) but all and all I give this hotel 2 thumbs up :)A+ |

| Although the trip was already prepaid, Loews Lake Las Vegas charges a separate "convenience fee" per night. This charge includes self parking, towels (for the pool), among others. The hotel staff were abrupt and unfriendly and the noise from a loud party shook the entire room from 9 pm -12:15 am. All in all, the entire experience was disappointing. |

| When we arrived, we absolutely feel in love with the hotel.
Great staff, clean room with a great view and location.
We felt comfortable leaving our dog in the room...No problems at all.
The beach, pools, and the water slide made each afternoon a lot of fun. |

| Very much enjoyed my short stay at Loews Las Vegas. Grounds were immaculate, nice pool area and comfortable though not huge room. All personnel extemely polite and helpful. Would certainly return when I am looking for an off strip hotel. Had the opportunity for lunch and a dinner at Loews and both meals were 1st rate. Again a slower paced destination away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Veags Strip. If you are looking for that type of experience Lowes Las Vegas should be on your list of Las Vegas Hotels. |

| We were there, the weather was hot, but the kids pool provided plenty of umbrellas, shade trees, and a wait staff that was always there to take care of you. Clearly the economy has taken it's toll on the community of Lake Las Vegas but at the resort, you were still treated in first class style. |
