| The place was nice, and I have stayed at the Ritz lake las Vegas before, so I knew what to expect about the area. The only problem was the bedding. Unknown fluids on the bedspread and a ripped sheet should not occur in this kind of place. |

| Hotel was better than we expected. Our room was clean & comfortable. And the buildings and parking garage were not open to anyone that did not have a room key, so we felt more comfortable than we have at some hotels on the strip. The food in the restaurants was really good. We didn't stay long enough to check out much of the village but we will definitely stay here again. |

| Our trip was to use lake mead but what a wonderful place to come back to!
It lacks true boat parking as we parked in a dirt lot that was a area for groundskeepers. We liked that there was no casino in the hotel but close by!!
The village has shops and a great little convenience store with great extras.
We would stay again!! |

| We went for July 4th and didn't want to stay on the Strip. It was great for our family, because of the band, fireworks and general atmosphere. Our room was very nice, but other than the 4th, there isn't a lot going on. Nice pools, boat rentals on the lake (if you are up before it's too hot), decent restaurants. |

| We upgraded to a one bedroom suite, the room was beautiful with a big bathroom, kitchen, dining area and patio. The bed was rock hard. There were no washcloths, only 2 shower towels (one which was dirty), no shower ammenities (only soap), they didn't change the sheets, we had to call and ask for more paper towels for the kitchen (even after the room had been cleaned) and when we left, there was a cockroach under our luggage. We agreed it was nice enough to stay there again. But for the price we paid for the room, we expected better service/cleaning. |

| Great room for the money but didn't realize how far from Las Vegas it actually was.....at least 30 minute drive. |

| Great for singles and couples to relax, but not a place for kids. Didn't care to much for the shops, and most of them were not even open yet. Would I go back...definitely! |

| Luna Di Lusso suite was awesome and exceeded epectations. Very nice hotel. Would definitely come back and stay. |

| The beds were very hard. There were no box springs, but rather just the boards from the frame. There was no hair conditioner and when I asked the maid if she would please leave us some, she said they didn't have any. On the positive side, the views were breath taking. |
