| The suprise was that they charge you $27 a day for internet and spa use even if you do not use it. But this is not told to you until you check out. I stayed there for its convience to my meeting place but would find another place if I can just because of the charges! |

| THe whole resort was wonderful. My only complaint would be that certain things were very pricey in there. |

| They charge (in addition to the room price) about $27 resort fees, yet the gym is closed at 7 pm and the pool is closed at 5 pm (they want you to gamble and eat, not be fit). The water in the "hot" spa was below 80F, in the pool - even lower. You are stuck at the hotel as it is $40+ taxi ride away from the Strip and $50 taxi ride from the airport. |

| if you are looking for comfort this is it!!!
anything you want or need is right here at a press of a button or just go down stairs. the service is the best by far, not one rude unhappy worker in the place. that says words for the service you get, you can relax without someone's bad attitude messing up your great restful day. splurge a little and stay here. we missed the pool but they all looked like 20 of them looked soothing. |

| My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The service was great and staff polite. Drinks at the bars and poolside are overpriced. Other than that we will be returning again. |

| I ENJOYED THIS PLACE IMMENSLY. I LIKED
IT WASN'T SO "TOURISTY" LIKE THE STRIP
HOTELS AND EVERYONE SO FRIENDLY AND
ACCOMODATING. THE HOTEL ITSELF IS BEAUTIFUL AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE A ROCKSTAR. FOR THE PRICE, IT WAS WORTH IT.
FAMILY FRIENDLY AND GAVE MANY OPTIONS
OF DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT. LOVED THE
MOVIE IN ROOM EXTRA...NEXT TIME WE ARE

| I had prepaid for the room through Hotels.com. Apon my arrival Red Rock Hotel stated at the check in desk that it was there policy to put an addition 200.00 hold per night for incidentals. I was shocked. No where did I read anything "extra" except for parking. Staff was very unfriendly and very unhelpful. Next morning I went down stairs to the lobby and apon returning to my room, my room key would not work in the elevator. Eight months pregnant I had to stand in the check in desk line once again for 30min so my room card could be reprogramed. |

| Great place to stay off the strip !!!
The pool is fantastic but the drinks and food was very very expensive...have lots of $$$ when you go there !! They charge your credit card a the $24.99 resort fee along with an additional $100 reserve fee per day. There are more positives....
T-Bonz Chophouse...was the BOMB !! Best Steaks I have ever had - great service as well. Rock's Lounge with Dr ZiVegas was AWSESOME !!! |
