| Overall nice room for the price paid. The only problem was when checked in, there were no non-smoking rooms available even though a non-smoking room had been reserved. We were able to change to a non-smoking room the following day. |

| Check in was quick. When we got to our room, it was cleaned but not done thoroughly. There was a pillowcase laying on the bed, a bottle cap on the floor, and the mirror was all smudged. Our first night, the group of guys in the room next to ours came back to their room @ 2:00 am. They turned on a stereo and were having a party in their room. My husband went to call security and our phone didn't work! Had to call from cellphone. Security came right away, and to their credit the guys calmed it down. Other than that our stay was pretty much ok. |

| Very reasonable rates can be found. Rooms are neat/clean. Hotel is convenient to freeway and has great outlet mall attached for bargain shopping. Nice alternative to stopping in Vegas if you want to avoid the congestion, and need a stop around that vicinity (it's about 45 min. out of Las Vegas). Casino is not too smoky. Coffeemakers in rooms are convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool was freezing cold, even in 100 degree heat, so was basically unusable. The building outside was beginning to look shabby from the back - badly in need of paint in places, a poolside gazebo was broken and taped off to keep people out, and there was a lot of construction on the poolside level that was unsightly and seemed to have been started and then abandoned midway. |

| I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and know the star rating system very well. This IS NOT a three star hotel. I would say it’s a two star at best. I really am not very picky person and rarely complain about things but I at least like a clean and comfortable room.
The first room they booked me in the air conditioning didn’t work. When I spoke to the front desk they were very nice and moved me to the other side of the hotel. When we got to the new room it was the wrong bed type (one king instead of two queens) and had a terrible smell to it. I again I made my way to the front desk and again they were very nice but I could tell she was getting annoyed. I guess the third time was the charm. The room was clean and comfortable. Very similar to an older Fairfield Inn. |

| you get what you pay for. Clean enough, safe enough but don't expect a lot. Lumpy bed,arm rests on sofa in room were dirty and carpet had a big stain. Pool was great and freindly staff. Over all had a good time. |

| We had a great time here. The staff is
VERY friendly and helpful. There is an outlet mall connected to the hotel and tram that takes you to and from the other two casinos in the tiny little town of Primm! I really enjoyed staying there.
See ya next year!! |
