| After reading the lukewarm (to put it mildly) reviews here, I was braced for the worst. I chose the hotel because it's location was convenient (connected to City Centre and Bellagio via tram) and the price was right. But I didn't expect much from the hotel itself. In fact, it was a very pleasant surprise. Clean, large room on the 31st floor overlooking the strip. Great and large selection of restaurants in all price ranges, including a food court for quick bites. All-in-all, the best deal I've found on the Strip. |

| The room was excellent, no complaints but the view was of the lower casino roof heating and cooling units. Not exactly what you expect, or want to see in Vegas. |

| Had a very minor problem and was upgraded to a suite for the remainder of the stay. Great price to begin with but made much better. |

| really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was there was no coffee pot in our room, we called and asked for one but they said they don't have coffee pots for the rooms?! |

| We were charged a resort fee on top of the hotels.com price we paid. The guy at the hotel said it was in the really fine print at hotels.com but we totally missed it. |

| Good standard hotel, but needs an upgrade would recommend others on the strip like pH and luxor. |

| The room was comfortable though the carpets in the hallway and the room was not that great. For guests with kids there is good food court in the hotel itself with a MacDonalds and Strabucks. Overall it is a nice hotel on the strip. |
