| The hotel's policy of having the mini bar checked 20 or more hours after the prior guest leaves is unworkable. We were charged over $56.00 for contents missing from the minibar even though we never even opened its door. The charge was removed but only after I had to give a written statement confirming the above. Hotels should check the minibars when the room is made up for the next guest to avoid this problem.
In all other respects, the room and personnel were efficient and courteous and the room was really nice. |

| Very comfortable to have the suite. Nice place if you want to be on the Strip but off the Strip. Lots to do within the Mandalay, which you need because it's a pain to deal with traffic at night up the Strip. Aureole and Shanghai Lily are excellent places worth their cost. The other places, including Charlie Palmer Steak and Raffles Cafe, are overpriced and do not deliver their cost. Rooms were well-serviced, well-appointed, and you'll love not dealing with the lines at Mandalay. |

| My husband and I were extremely impressed with this hotel; from the elegant and understated decor to the fabulous restaurants to the luxurious room itself. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in! Also, the hotel is great for those seeking a break from the frenetic pace of the Vegas strip, it's like a little oasis of peace and quiet, yet it's only steps from casinos and nightlife. We will definitely stay here again! |

| The suite was beautiful, with lots of room. The hotel spa was really great with a lot of amenities. I liked how The Hotel at Mandalay Bay was down a short hallway from Mandalay Bay so it was close to the casino but a little removed from the noise and traffic of the main casino floor. |
