| Great location. Free shuttle service to the convention center and the mall the great restaurants it is the complete package. |

| I should start by saying I'm not rating the standard room I booked for me and my friends on my 30th birthday. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a 'hangover' level suite which was amazing and set the tone for one of the best vegas trips of my life.
Thank you so much to the PH staff for everything, you were awesome. I'll be staying here regularly from now on.

| Just so you know...I found out the hard way...We had purchased this room in Las Vegas for our son's birthday. He was headed back to school in Colorado and we thought it would be nice to have him stay at a nice hotel. The site is easy to use, the hotel was fine. But, what they don't tell you is that you can't charge things to your room when you use this site! We wanted him to just charge his dinner to his room, you can't do that when you use an outside service! So be aware, you can't put anything on your room tab when using booking websites and not going straight to the hotel. |

| Love PH for the gaming, and won't go anywhere else. Also, Strip House steak restaurant on premises is really really good. Rooms are only OK, old, and not hugely comfortable. TV's in rooms are set 90 degrees perpendicular to beds, so watching movies or anything is not comfortable, at least. People are nice, friendly, and helpful. |

| Considering Planet Hollywood is the revamped Aladdin I was very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. I would have expected the rooms to look newer when in fact they just put some paint and movie decorations into rooms that looked like they were still recovering from the Aladdin days. The shower reminded me of a motel 6 shower, and the carpet was starting to come up near the door. There was only one small window which made the room very dark, and if you didn't have the fan on the room got very humid and hot ( in January).
The only good side was the location of the hotel and the shopping mall that it is attached to. |

| It was my first time in Vegas and planet hollywood was an awesome place to stay everything is within walking distance and they have a lot to do right there at the hotel also!! I was VERY pleased with my stay! |

| Planet Hollywood has a terrific location, and the rooms are good size, and the no resort fee is a big plus. We had a great stay, and will stay here again. The service or knowledge at the check in counter could be better though. We had booked two rooms for two couples traveleing together, and they put us in opposite wings. We also wanted to extend another night, and it took like 30 minutes at the counter like this had never come up before or something. Great hotel, but staff needs some more training or something. |
