| The ARIA was a great hotel for our first visit to Vegas! It was beautiful, clean and the staff was overall very helpful. We felt like we got a great deal in terms of what we paid and what we received. In other reviews many people complained about the casino, but we visited almost every casino on the strip and others were definitely bigger but we enjoyed playing the slots there, we thought it was perfect for us. We would definitely come back again! |

| Overall, the experience was okay. I expected more out of the hotel since it's relatively new. Like for example, the ceiling light in the bathroom & shower was out, so we called the front desk if they could send someone to replace it. The front desk told us that the maintenance man will be up in 15 min. We had to go somewhere, so we figured that by the time we got back, it would be replaced. When we got back 3 hours later, it was still the same, so I called the front desk again, & 10 min later, the guy shows up, was there like 5 min, & left. When we turned on the light, we found that he had only replaced the ceiling light by the sink, but not the shower! I didn't want to call again, so we took a shower without the light the whole time we were there. Also, the carpet there is really dirty. Walk without your shoes on, & the bottom of your feet turn BLACK. They need to steam clean the carpet. The thing I like was the technology. Everything was remote controlled setting, like the curtains, lights etc. At first, we were confused, but got the hang of it. The only thing that was irritating was there was couple of buttons by the side of each bed, & if someone pushed a button called the goodnight button, it turns off all the lights, curtains starts to close, EVERYTHING. You either have walk over in the dark to turn the master switch back on, or use the remote. We couldn't seem to find a switch to turn everything back on, like a good morning button. |

| Beautiful hotel in City Center, still offering great deals (particularly mid-week). Casino is small, but nice. Check-in was annoyingly slow; they seem to still be working on basic operational tactics. Room was nice, very pillowy soft bed. Nothing particularly distinguishing about the place, doesn't seem to have a lot of character, but maybe that will develop over time. In the interim, it's still a beautiful new hotel on the Strip. |

| We go to Vegas a couple of times a year, but this was by far the nicest hotel we've stayed in (even compared to Bellagio, Treasure Island, etc). Everything in the room is state of the art and very impressive! I was happy to relax in the room while my husband gambled. The pools were nice and the restaurants were amazing! I would have been happy if we had never even left the hotel! Can't wait to go back and stay again. |

| The hotel is very beautiful. We had a couple of downfalls though when we first checked in. Our hotel safe was not working, we called the front desk and were told that someone would be there in 10 mins. Well, 30 mins later we called again, they told us again that someone would be there in a few minutes, over an hour and 45 mins went by and someone finally came. The front desk had sent the guy to the wrong floor and the wrong room, when he finally got to our room, the poor guy tried to fix the safe and was unsuccessful. We were informed by the hotel that they would send up another safe, well we never ever got it! When we called to speak to a manager and complain how the front desk had not handled things properly, the manager said she could not do anything, she was not sympathetic at all, knowing that we had spent almost 2 hrs in our room just sitting there and wasting time. She didn't even offer to take care of us and maybe hook us up w/a free buffet or anything to compensate for our time, very poor management. Another downfall, the rooms are very very dark!!! They are trying to create this relaxed atmosphere in the room, well it's a little too relaxed because I can't see anything. But I do have to say the rooms were beautiful and the beds are the most comfortable. |

| Lines were very long. Check-in is at 3pm. We were there early. They told us to come back, which was fine. However, when we did come back at 3pm our rooms were not ready. We were told we could check into 2 rooms with 1 king bed each eventhough we had reserved 2 double rooms or we could try back in 2 hours and see if the rooms we reserved were available. They need to do something about the room options not being guaranteed. In the end we did get the 2 double rooms like at 5:30pm. The rooms are very nice. Room service is very fast. Can't say the same for housekeeping. Took 45 minutes to get some clean towels. |

| A hotel that makes you feel like you are living in the future. The sleek and modern design still allows you to feel like you are staying in a warm environment.
The hotel could do a better job of cleaning up after their guests. You'll see a lot of dirty dishes by the pool and tables left in the hallway from room service way too long.
But...it is an amazing hotel, nice restaurants, great food at a great price.
The hotel nightclub was abysmal the night we were there horrific dj and very lame crowd...but other than that would only stay here again. |

| The hotel is beautifully appointed and well designed. I found the staff members very courteous and helpful. The restaurants I visited were wonderful (the Union's kobe beef burger is to die for).
The rooms are large and have some serious wow factor when you first walk in. The large picture window is breathtaking (stayed on the 35th floor). The only issue with the room was the tile floor wasn't swept from the last guest and several lights were out. There were enough functioning lights that it didn't matter.
The hotel gym, despite requiring an additional per day fee, was state of the art. The fee also gave access to their spa so if you can use both then it's well worth it.
Overall this was a great place to stay. A bit of polish and they would easily earn five stars in my opinion. |
