| We stay here cuz it's close to relatives, priced pretty well, and has great b'fast. What it doesn't have is thick walls. We heard people talking outside (one morning VERY loud and for at least 90 minutes). I recommend. Ear plugs. The beds aren't top quality either but they're okay. Friends stayed in a suite and that's what I'd recommend - you get a little more room for a decent price. It's not bad if you're just looking for someplace to sleep. The water was always hot. No coffe service tho. That was a bigger drawback than the noise. Maid service was very good. |

| For the price the room itself was great with the exception that the carpet was filthy. Turned the bottoms of my white socks black in no time. |

| We are regular users of this hotel and this is the first time we had any problems with noise or the room being what we expected. As usual we reserved a suite and got one it just didn't have the 2 beds. the hotel was completely booked so we had to make do. The location was the front side towards the casino and the noise from other guests was quite annoying. Like I said usually it is a wonderful stay just noise and lack of the 2 beds made it inconvienent. |

| The one problem I had with this hotel was that they didn't have a shuttle to the strip on new years. When I booked this hotel,which is not located on Las Vegas blvd. for New Years I was under the impression they offered a shuttle. Had I know this before, I would have found a hotel on the strip ` |

| This hotel was a nice place to stay at for a few days. Unfortunately it was far off the Las Vegas strip, but anyways one could reach the strip by bus in about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, but not very helpful. When we wanted to print a coupon for a reserveration, they had no opportunity to print and their directions where to do that were wrong. Anyways, the room was clean and comfortable, but we could not open the windows and there was no free wifi internet access. |

| Overall a nice stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The elevator was functional but not pretty. The exterior of the room area could use some rehab but don't let this fool you on the condition of the rooms and service. They are nice and clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel/Casino has easy access. Close to things we like to do without all of the traffic on the strip. |

| The concierge was VERY polite and gave excellent customer service. The only complaint I had was that we requested for clean towels and they never came. My boyfriend and I had to re-use dirty towels that we had left on the floor of the restroom. We put the door hanger up the entire day and came back with the room untouched by maintenance. |
