Requested and prepaid for a non-smoking room with confirmation,but upon arrival and check-in was placed in a smoking room and was told by the clerk that I requested a smoking room!!

The clerks at the hotel were not very helpful. In fact, when we asked for their assistance, they seemed bothered to have to provide any service. I had an infant who traveled with me and the accomidations were extremely limited...no microwave, dirty refridgerator, etc...The employees at the front desk were less than gracious to us, and seemed more concerned about the taxi drivers than the guests.

The room was great, very roomy and comfortable. It's off the strip which was nice if you like it quite at night for sleep.

Hotel room had noisey fans in two rooms...they happily changed room...fan and air were then excellent.

I booked the room because there was a special where I received 15% off the normal price. It was also cheaper because the location of the hotel was off the strip. However, for the price I paid I still expected some basics I have found at many other hotels that offer rooms at a much lower price. At first, I was fairly impressed with the size of the room. Then I saw that there was a large, gaping hole that had been punched through the bathroom door. The room was also hot. Even after the air conditioning was left on at high for the whole day, when we came back that night it was a little bit too uncomfortable to sleep. Perhaps I was also a little uncomfortable sleeping because I discovered stains on the bed sheets that should have been cleaned. The next morning we ventured downstairs to their restaurant for some breakfast. We waited by the hostess station to be seated. During this time, another employee who appeared to be on break or getting off of her shift simply ignored us. She was waiting to get her meal compensated by the manager. The hostess left for five minutes to retrieve the manager. Another customer had walked up to pick up their breakfast, and we were still being ignored by all employees including the manager. After 10 more minutes, the hostess then proceeded to help another hotel guest who arrived after us. We left after we received no acknowledgment from any staff that we existed. There was no other place to get breakfast by the hotel unless you wanted to drive somewhere. Lastly, we left on Labor Day. I asked where we could get stamps. The front desk attendant replied nicely that they normally would provide such a service, but their accounting department was not in today due to the holiday. I then asked for the nearest location where I can get stamps and find a mailbox. He responded again that he just can't go into the office to get the stamps without the accounting department, and maybe I would have better luck at the CVS down the street. Then he ended

needs improvement. The bottom edges of the bathroom had water damage. Everything was peeling off and unsightly.

I was a bit dissapointed over "minor" things. We had really looked forward to this hotel because it had a separate sitting room. With a baby and small children, we wanted to be able to close the separating doors and relax in front of the TV after they went to bed. Well the first room they gave us the lights were broken (one lamp actually was physically broken and I don't know how the mades missed it) and one of the doors was missing to separate the rooms. We asked to switch. It took a while but we were given a new room. The new room was better but the TV's got poor reception and the remotes didn't seem to be programmed right. Not terrible problems but we did not enjoy our last night of vacation as we thought we would. Also, there was no opportunity to check in early.

The hotel is comfy, the staff was amazingly friendly. The room was well sized. The air conditioner took a little time to cool the room down but we left and came back and all was well. I had a great time

Nice room,very spacious.Staff that I came in contact with was very helpful,and maid service was very good.Comfortable bed,many useful extras in the room.Lots of free parking.
