For celebrating our 5 year anniversary, we decided to have a trip to Vegas. Salone suites in Bellagio was the most inexpensive suite we could find in Vegas, and we found that it was really spacious, super comfortable bed and was also a whirlpool in the shower room. The powder room and shower room was also huge!!! So the quality of the suite met our expectation. We did have a luxury and enjoyable stay in Bellagio. The only thing I didn't feel it was great -- I believe the house cleaning maid clean the suite twice a day (1 in the morning after we left, and 1 in the late afternoon). But the house cleaning was just OK.

Although we had told the desk clerk and the concierge who we both consulted for advice on which chapel to get married in there was no special treatment. A congratulations, a small bucket of cheer, maybe a discount for one of the restaurants, there was nothing!! Besides that, a gift that wasw supposed to be delivered on our wedding day was never delivered due to a error at the hotel. When they were made aware of the error the delivery was made by a rude and silent bellhop (he was in a suit and I thought he was a store associate. Although the floral arrangement was lovely, it was impossible to enjoy it since we were leaving the next day. No apology was ever made to us. I am telling everyone who asks and even those who don't that even though the Bellagio is a beautiful hotel I will never return there. We were treated kinder and more special at Caesar's Palace and I am very sorry I didn't book there. For a city whose major industry is tourism they have a lot to learn!!!

I have to say that the Bellagio was a great experience and I'm so glad that we stayed there, other than its perfect location and the luxurious feeling you feel while being so comfortable in the spacious rooms that have without a say very comfortable beds and a hotel filled with great sightseeing and amenities for us to enjoy in our presence. The other thing is that it was so close to the hotels and places we wanted to see so we didn't really need a car to go from place to place because of the shuttles and you get to see really nice views from the hotel room of vegas' main attractions

Gorgeous hotel, I will not argue that, but the long hallway to our room on the 26th floor reeked of garbage. The uniforms for the waitstaff at the pool and poolside restaurant were horribly dated and sloppy and front desk staff was a little cold. Definitely not a 5 star anymore. Next time I think I'd try Aria or Vdara. They seem to be much more upscale than the Bellagio now. A shame.

Hotel location and cleanliness was great. My only complaint is that my daughter's IPod was stolen from our hotel room during our stay. We were certain it was in her travel bag (unlocked) and on one of the days when the room was cleaned or the beds turned down it was stolen. Filed a report with the hotel security people, but I don't expect much to happen.

Quick and efficient check in. Room was large, very nicely furnished, and spotlessly clean, also very quiet. All hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. Pool was great. Would like to see a coffee maker in the room. Also it would be great if there was an entrance for hotel guests that don't require you to carry all your luggage through a crowded casino.

Due to the low price I paid, I did not expect the same services as those who paid a lot more. I was wrong. The hotel staff treated us very well, provided us excellent service and were very polite. The view was fantastic, the room very well appointed and clean.

We had a great time, its definitely a top class place. The restaurants are pricey but the food is wonderful. The line for the buffet starts around 5pm. It took us about 30min to get in, the buffet is very popular. The fountain show is great.
