| Checked for three rooms, were given rooms straight away, yet all three were not made up and had to call down to get rooms reallocated.
Maid service fails to read do not disturb sign, door sign was up, they banged the door and then walked in while still sleeping. Seems a pointless effort in telling them to stay out.
Elevator security is selective on who they ask for room keys, i seemed to be bugged each time, yet witnessed others just strolling by. Nothing wrong with security, but should be treated the same for all.
Rest of hotel was very nice, ideally situated in the middle of the strip but i won't stay here again, |

| Walking into the Bellagio on a Saturday evening is a bit overwhelming (especially after driving home from NC back to CA) - the place is gigantic and extremely lively! But, the courteous staff makes you feel comfortable right away. We were checked in by a very polite and helpful woman and then after we made it to our hotel room (which was newly renovated) - we were blown away! The room was posh and elegant! And the view! We had a gorgeous view of the (Las Vegas) Eiffel Tower from our room and the Flamingo and the fountains. For dinner we dined at Olives, which although expensive, was just a fantastic experience with wonderful food and the best waiter you could ask for. Just a delightful experience all around! |

| Upon checking in I was told that there was an additional $20.00 per day for hotel amenities, which would give me access to the gym and internet connection.
So right off the bat, I was charged $67.20 for those services. |

| Yes, this is a beautiful place, but you had to wait in line for meals, anything you did here. Very expensive...Still has resort fees of $20/day, which allowed you to swim only, everything cost to use, including the fact that their disco/dance/live band place cost $50. for entry and was only open for one night. Definitely will stay elsewhere. |

| On new year's eve the hotel power went off at 6pm
And did not come back on for an hour . We missed our dinner reservation and the hotel did not give us any credit. |

| Beautiful hotel. Check-in could be improved Maybe the the lines should be done with ropes to direct the guests and avoid the chaos. - Re customer service: We asked 3 times (on different days) for the Mini bar price list , never got it! At the End one maid told us they did not print enough lists for the new tower... I guess a 5 star hotel should be able to afford paper for a "simple" photocopy.. |

| I was so disappointed for not having a small Coffee Machine in my room!! As you know room service usually takes 30-45 mins. & nothing taste better than a first QUICK cup of coffee in the room as soon as you get up… ;-) |
