| Short stop over on route to LV. Room ok but a bit dated but clean. Friendly staff. only criticism is the large jail like wall around the carpark. |

| Very decent hotel for the price. It was very convenient to downtown Boulder City and to Lake Mead. I would definitely stay here again in the future. |

| Reasonably close to Vegas, Boulder Dam and more. Older hotel with great staff, location. In room kitchenette. |

| A/C was definitely not up to par. Carpet was worn. Room was old and basic, but worked for a night. Breakfast was decent, but basic.
All in all, OK hotel for a quick stop. Nice and close to Hoover Dam. |

| This hotel is clean, conveniently located and affordably priced. It is in a convenient location for us as we were pulling a boat for use on Lake Mead. The marinia is approximately a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The adjoining bar had great patrons and great food. We were within walking distance of many good restaurants. Boulder City is a beautiful town with friendly people. This is our third trip to Lake Mead and we always enjoy staying in Boulder City. We will definitely return to this hotel. |

| I wasn't expecting much from this hotel but was surprised after my stay. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The room was not bad and was good enough for what we paid for. I would stay here again. |

| Hotel is old and our room had the old smell to it. We where somewhat expecting it from other reviews. The price was a little high for how old the hotel was. It was not a bad stay but wish they would have had queen size beds. The staff was very nice and the kids loved the pool. The pool was nice. If I were to recommend this hotel to other I would just worn them it is not a four star hotel but is not a hole either. My biggest complaint would be the price for the room. |

| Old, kept up ok, but not top notch. No clock in room. Bathroom fan wired backwards--blew air into bathroom instead of exhausting it. Bathroom satyed fogged up. Dogs barking in nearby rooms. Skimpy continental breakfast, not always filled. |
