| Hotel was very clean and very quiet compared to the noisy strip just one block away. It was nice to get away after a long day. Rooms were huge and staff was very accomodating. |

| This hotel is very conveniently situated close to the strip. It's clean and comfortable. Staff could benefit from some lessons in customer care, with the exception of one young black guy in reception who was very pleasant. Others could only be described as surly. |

| We caught the Airport shuttle to Planet Hollywood, walked across the street and were checking in with a lovely lady within minutes.
Our room was on the 5th floor and a little dark because it's window was blocked by a palm tree.....what a hardship!
It was perfect for us, very roomy, immaculately clean with two huge comfortable beds, a safe, a bathroom and seperate sink area......no fighting for space!.....also a kitchen area with a fridge, a sink and a stovetop with a kettle....unheard of normally for an American hotel room.....brought my own Tea bags, bliss!!!
We never heard another soul the whole time we were there and we were just around the corner from the lift. I also used the free computer in the lobby to print off boarding passes and some other work I had done using the Wi-fi in the room.
The Carriage House is literally down the street from the strip....turn left out of the hotel and 5 mins later there you are awesome!
I can honestly say, we couldn't have asked for anything better from our room and although we have had our fill of Vegas and cannot see us ever returning, If we did I would visit the Carriage House in a heartbeat.Thanks |

| Easy access to the Las Vegas strip. Clean, comfortable room. Key card required to get into the hotel after 10 p.m. and key card required to operate the elevator, which makes for added security. Kitchenette was convenient for breakfast in the morning. |

| The most unappealing feature of the hotels on the strip was the walk through the casino with bags in tow. The covered parking lot was only feet from the main entrance of the hotel and the elevator as close to the lobby. A room key was needed for lobby entrance from the outside after hours. Some floors are non smoking and some are smoking. There are non smoking rooms on the same floor with smoking rooms. Eeww. When asked for a different room the staff was helpful to the point to go to the room with me to verify it was acceptable!!! Overall, I would definitely stay again. |

| Good room, good location, good parking, kitchen had micro, pots and pans, refrig, was good.
Only problem is that the bathroom is very tiny, almost could not close the door, shower spray could not adjust much.
Staff were very nice. |

| I was impressed with the cleanliness and the size of rooms here. I also appreciated that room keys are needed to gain access to all floors via the elevator. I felt safe and secure. There was construction nearby but we were able to cut through PH Mall when it rained. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of this hotel. |

| Lamentablemente tengo una experiencia muy desagradable que contar. Cuando salimos del hotel todo estaba muy bien. Nos fuimos rumbo a los Angeles y cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta de que habiamos dejado en la caja de seguridad nuestros pasaportes y dinero. Llamamos de inmediato al hotel y nos dijeron que si que alli tenian las cosas. Rescatamos nuestros documentos y parte del dinero pues la persona que abrio la caja de seguridad o no sabemos quien habia retirado 10 billetes de cien que habia junto con la otra parte del dinero. Nos pusimos de inmediato en contacto con el hotel para comentarle lo sucedido a lo cual recibimos la respuesta de que debiamos estar agradecidos de que por lo menos recuperamos algo. Nos parecio una actitud muy irresponsable ya que el dinero y los documentos se quedaron en la caja de seguridad y solo un personal autorizado del hotel pudo abrir la caja. Ellos alegan que la persona que entrego a recepcion dichos documentos y dinero fue un cliente que habia encontrado la caja abierta. Un absurdo porque si hubiesemos abierto la caja no se nos hubiera olvidado estos documentos tan importantes para nosotros. En fin una pena que el hotel cuente con ciertas personas que trabajan alli con esas malas costumbres. En conclusion yo nunca mas volveria a un hotel de esta cadena ni lo recomendaria tampoco. No es solo por el dinero sino la actitud de los encargados en la administracion de este hotel que deberian tomar medidas de correccion seberas e investigacion mas profunda sobre este tipo de comportamiento del personal que labora en su hotel. Por nuestra parte no es que lo del dinero nos moleste mas sino que casos como este no se deben dejar pasar por alto y el hotel crea que todo esta bien. |
