| Demasiado tiempo esperando el masificado check in. La habitación olía fatal. Nada más entrar, un papel en el suelo. Muy bien situado. El brunch, magnífico. |

| Overall this was a great hotel. Very nice and new and everyone was so nice and helpful. Some reviews we read prior to going were negative in regards to the housekeeping but we had no problems with it at all! We had no problems with anything at all. However, even though we had no issues, I don't think I will book here again. This is a very YOUNG hotel. I am only 33 and consider myself to be all about a good time but this hotel was filled with a very young crowd. If that is an issue that you don't mind, then I recommend staying here. It really is a great hotel! And very beautiful!! Great location, clean, hip, new...definitely request a fountain view for your room! I just prefer to not be surrounded by so many people in their early to mid 20s that can't quite handle their alcohol yet. You get enough of that on the Strip. |

| The hotel was very nice, but the service did not impress. There's not any one incident to point to, just an overall sense that the service at a "3-diamond" rated hotel should be superb instead of just adequate. And during a 6-day stay, we had our room cleaned 3 times and the floor was never vacuumed, tissues were not replaced when empty, etc. so that was disappointing. Also, you can't use the refrigerator unless you pay to have mini-bar items removed, there were no dishes or utensils - which is odd since there is a dishwasher - so you couldn't really use the microwave either. Overall, we were disappointed. |

| We were in Vegas for our best friend's wedding, and the Cosmopolitan was a great place to stay! It was right on the strip and next to the Bellagio. Most things were in walking distance and easy to get to. The interior is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds and heaps of bathroom space - just what 2 girls needed! But without a bath. It would have been nice to have, but I don't think we would have had time to use it anyway. The only down side I guess is having to walk through the smoky casino to get to the west elevator bank - this happens everywhere because people are allowed to smoke inside. If there was an enclosed casino section for smokers it would have improved on an already excellent stay, and made my lungs feel better.
Note to Vegas - smoking kills! Don't make us all breathe it in. Please. |

| Great hotel....the food is not that great but The Wicked Spoon buffet is best buffet I've been to in comparison to Bellagio and others. We booked a lakeview terrace studio and the view was perfect. The location is great as well. We were able to easily walk over to Bellagio and other nearby hotels. Would highly recommend to anyone. |
