| I didn't have a great first impression. We had to wait a long time for someone to help us with our bags, and when we were checking in, we had to initial an extra charge that the receptionist had no interest in explaining. I felt like they only wanted my money and did not care what I had to pay. On top of that, we had an ice chest and the ice machine on our floor did not work, and the elevators were very slow so finding another one took a long time. Overall, I don't think I want to stay there again. |

| This is a good place to stay if you want a great location. It's not top of the line luxury, but it's perfectly fine for a Vegas vacation where you want to visit a lot of casinos nearby, as well as save your money for entertainment rather than accommodations!! |

| We stayed at the Excalibur in 08/2010, after not having been there for several years. This is a hotel that can't decide what it is. With a sexy go-go dancer, ubiquitous ads for "strip poker" (leave the stripping to us) and the Fantasy show, the interior tries to give an aura of sophistication. But the outdated medieval design and the children's arcade would imply a family hotel. Which is it? I am glad we didn't take our children with us, so we enjoyed it. But I would not recommend it to families, and there are a lot sexier places around (including the Luxor next door) for those looking. |

| I was not satisfied with the housekeeping department. They only cleaned my room the day before I checked out.
I was not satisfied with the extra $44.00 charge once I checked in |

| The Excalibur was very pretty and clean. Great valet. Our elevators to our tower had a small parking lot and an outside door so it was easy to get our shopping bags back to our room. There was a posted security guard at the tower entrance 24/7 to protect guests. You had to present your key card to get into the tower elevator area. Beds were pillow tops with nice linens. Nice lotion and shampoo. Fluffy towels. Very few tv stations, but there is not that much need for tv in Vegas where you can find something to do all the time. Up in the shops area was a nice food court with Star Bucks and Krispy Kremes along with a ton of other things. Near a ton of other places to shop and eat. Great hotel. |
