The brand new Rush Tower opened in November of 2009 and offers the ultimate in luxury accommodations.  A 50,000 gallon tropical fish aquarium is visible from the Chart House Restaurant located in the Rush Tower as well as from the lobby.  A new intimate swimming pool with 6 plush cabanas and covered lounging areas is also part of the new Rush Tower and will adjoin to the third floor of The Tank pool complex.  A new reservation desk, porte cochere and valet grace the new multi-million dollar landscaped entrance at First Street and Carson Street.

The Tank

The Golden Nugget's new multi-million dollar pool area is a three-story complex, featuring a 200,000 gallon shark tank with an enclosed waterslide that runs through the middle of the aquarium. The year-round heated pool is surrounded by 13 private cabanas available for rent.  Five outdoor gaming tables with plasma TVs, and the H2O Bar have been designed with your enjoyment in mind.

The Hideout

Accessible via the third floor of The Tank, The Hideout offers a secluded paradise for guests over the age of 16 years.  Take a dip in the two-story infinity pool or escape into one of eight plush poolside cabanas.  Chaises Lounges are available for rental at $20 per day.  Hotel key is required for access.

Gordie Brown LIVE.   Impressionist, singer and entertainer Gordie Brown is known for his amazing comedy and celebrity impressions such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jack Nicholson and Sylvester Stallone as well as Las Vegas icons like Elvis Presley and Sammy Davis, Jr.  Gordie Brown has consistently received rave reviews by both critics and audiences alike, and has been recognized as Entertainer of the Year and Best Show.  Tickets start at just $39.95 + taxes.  Performances Tuesday through Saturday 7:30pm.

Country Superstars.  Enjoy headliner entertainment from superstars such as Clay Walker, Clint Black, Ronnie Milsap and John Michael Montgomery.

Frankie Moreno Band.  Originals and classic covers five nights a week at Rush Lounge.  Shows Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday at 8:30pm and Fridays and Saturdays at 9:30pm.

Gold Diggers Nightclub.  Dance the night away to hits from the 70s, 80s and 90s.  Great cocktails with balcony views over the Fremont Street Experience.  Open Wednesday through Sunday, doors open at 9pm.

The Golden Nugget boasts an impressive 20,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space,  with 11 meeting rooms, two of which overlook the hotel's lavish pool. Rooms range in size from 510 sq.ft. to 6,400 sq.ft. plus a convention area. The Business Center is located in the Carson Tower and offers faxing, copying and shipping through Federal Express.
