Great price, rooms were almost new, tons of room, clean...perfect for us. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. (we had a car and only took about 5 mins to get to the strip)

It was more than I expected, the rooms were spacious and complete with amenities. Some of the reviews here say it's far from the strip, but it is really close enough to drive. I would definitely be staying here again next time I visit Las Vegas!

There were 5 adults from my family. It was a nice setup. Nothing to do with the property but it did tend to have a lot of the Rave attendees. They were a bit noisey early in the AM. Made one call to the front desk and security was there quickly. There was one thing I wish there was more of - handicap parking in front or very close to the units. They were always full and so many times I had to drop my daughter off at the front of our bldg and then find an open parking space. Parking was a slight challenge but that would not stop us from staying there again.

We loved this resort. It had all of the comforts of home. We were traveling with teens and the pool hours were great. Not many pools are open til Midnight. Having the Southpoint next door was a bonus. We loved walking over and bowling at midnight. The staff was great and we will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at the Grandview at Las Vegas. Our room was very comfortable and very roomy. We had a two bedroom which surprised me that it came with two complete living rooms and kitchens! A good place for families or if you have a group and need extra space. Each bedroom had a King bed and each living room had a queen pull out sofa. Four TV's with DVD players. It is right next door to the South Point Casino. There you have gambling, bowling and movies and entertainment. Pool was open 8am to midnight, which was GREAT! Staff was very polite. It is a timeshare property, but perhaps since we arrived quite late we were never approached or pressured to take a tour. Hotel has a couple of nice pools, workout room, BBQ's availalbe. The full kitchen is well stocked with your cooking needs. Just bring the food. No cleaning services for short stays, but extra towels available by calling. Also has a washer and dryer. A very short drive, like 10 minutes depending on traffic, and you are on the strip. Go east and there is plenty of shopping and dining options. Only five minutes to the outlets and airport. We will stay here again for sure. Only complaint is the late check in time of 4:00 and the way too early check out time of 10:00 am. But that seems to be the norm for all of the time share type of places. Not sure why, more cleaning perhaps. I made sure to clean up really good, all dishes, etc. I know at most time share places they will keep your deposit if they have to clean too much more than beds and bathroom. So keep that in mind if you want you deposit back.

This is our second stay at the Grandview. The resort property is really great. It has many pools and the accomadations are outstanding. The rooms are very big and well decorated. It is a one bedroom condo but we actually booked two one bedrooms condo's. They are both private one bedroom condo's but they share the same front door to a foyer and each cond has it's own door to the condo. There is a whirlpool bath tub in the bedroom and a queen size couch bed in the living room . It has a kitchen with stove with oven, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and coffee pot. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils. We had a wonderful stay here again. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this resort to all my family and friends. The only draw back to this resort is that it is about 6 miles from the begainning of the Las Vegas strip (Mandalay Bay), but it's great for families who want to stay away from the fast paced Vegas scene.

We have stayed at the Grandview for the last three years as a "sisters" retreat. It has always been a great get away. We have plenty of room and can enjoy the area. It is close to all freeway access and we find it easy to get to and find our way back (that is important for a bunch of goofy ladies). Access to the Southpointe Casino is easy, and that adds alot of extra attractions with movies, bowling, gambling, etc.
