| Great location for our need to be close to UNLV, FUN hotel with amazing rock'nroll memorabilia to enjoy! Some really rare/great stuff! Rooms were spacious, but we had plumbing issues with very, very leaky sink faucets and stopped-up very slow-to-drain bathtub. Little noise insulation as we were awakened at 5:30 am all mornings to some exceptionally loud music in the Casino Towers room we had. Overall, good stay for room, but very fun hotel to stay in! |

| My friend and I were in town for WWE Smackdown and stayed at the Hard Rock. Since it was my friend's birthday we were upgraded to a suite, which was amazing and gorgeous. This hotel is just minutes away from the strip and Thomas & Mack. The hotel and our room were clean and quiet. The beds and showers were like heaven and everything was were pleasure to experience. I recommend this hotel to anybody that is visiting Las Vegas! |

| Awesome place! Bathroom is bigger than an average master bedroom. Super quiet even though there was a G'NR concert at the hotel.
Clean and modern. Lots of High Tech gadgets. Not a very kid friendly place though, but any casino probably isn't.. |

| The Hard Rock is just off the Strip and offers a good location with easy access to the Strip. There are also a few restaurants adjacent to the hotel with a wide selection of cuisines - Mexican, Pizza, Deli, Italian, Bergers and Fries, etc. My room was in the Casino Tower which is the original hotel. The rooms are slightly dated, but the ambiance of the original hotel is charming. My room rate was very competitive and was a good value for this hotel. There is a $18 per accommodation, per night "Resort Fee". The resort fee includes internet, parking, shuttle, pool access, etc. (There are several big hotels in Las Vegas that do not charge a resort fee, so look for them if you don't like this fee). As much as I like the Hard Rock for the location and style, the hotel has customer service issues. The staff doesn't seem trained. I think the Hard Rock doesn't have the customer service levels it had in when it was a top hotel in Vages. If it's value and location you seek, this hotel is probably for you. If you want steller customer service, look elsewhere. |

| The service is always consistent. The vibe and the energy are contagious. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas applies here. Its an adult paradise. |

| Everything was good other then the "pool view" we paid extra $$ for. It was on the pool side just a bad location right behind a huge tree... no sight of pool. |

| The suite was gorgeous, very comfortable and the layout was excellent. The hotel is only a short drive away from the strip. The neighborhood is o.k.
Room Service was a little slow but overal I had a pleasant stay.
I am looking forward to my next there. |
