| the staff was very friendly and helpfull,,the management was great i went to the hospital they kept my room for me free of charge ,,plus i love the hotel |

| after reading some reviews I was expecting the worse wen we arrived to the parkin lot it was so ugly n thought the rooms wer gng to b ugly too. but once we checked in n got to the rooms it wasnt bad at all the rooms wer very clean n nice. stayed for jus one night n slept very comfy. I wood go back. |

| Even though I booked this in advance and my charge card was charged in advance, when I arrived they did not have any standard non smoking rooms left and they ended up charging me an additional $10.00 a night for a Non smoking room out by the pool area. Not an upgrade in January! I should not have been charged extra because they overbooked non smoking rooms, really rubbed me the wrong way and soured my stay. |

| Decent room for the price, just off the strip next to the tropicana so you can't beat the location. Only problem was cold showers, and no cleaning service came our middle day to bring more shampoo, toilet paper, ect. |

| Room was comfortable and cheap compared to many area hotels. But, you get what you pay for...
- Hotel is in disrepair
- Internet did not work in hotel room
- Compared to other hotels on the strip, this place is 'boring'
- Sneaky $10 per night fee not mentioned when room was reserved
- Located on very south end of strip... somewhat inconvenient |

| Let me start by saying for the price I payed my expectations for this hotel were low. I would have been happy with just a clean room, but what we got was way more. The rooms were updated and somewhat modern. The cleanliness was superb, and the view of the waterfall in the pool was amazing. The satff was nice and friendly. No its not the Ritz, but yes its somewhere to stay if you want to save on money. The only way I would stay somewhere else on the strip from now on is if Im going to stay at the Wynn which is one of the nicest hotels in Vegas. So you see that probably wont happen often, so I will be back! |

| The young women working at the front desk could not have cared any less, about getting my checkout done quickly, to still make my plane. Quite the contrary she stalled every chance she got, apparently for the fun of it. |

| As you walk into the elevator from the self-parking lot, it's kind of ghetto, but once you're in your room, it's fine. I like the big bathroom with lots of counter space to put our toiletries as well as the vanity area. We were there on business, so thankfully on the nights we stayed, it was quiet so we could sleep. It was a five minute drive to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center and we got a free steak dinner for joining their rewards program for out of state visitors. We thought it was going to be a steak made out of cardboard, but it was actually a good quality New York Steak! Not bad for free! |
