| Overall this is an exceptional hotel choice for business or personal travelers who don't want to deal with the hassle of the big casino hotels. The lobby is perfect for meeting business contacts and the hotel has nice ammenities and rooms. The hotel staff was fantastic. |

| I went with friends for the weekend and it was nice to stay at a hotel that didn’t smell like cigarette smoke or have slot machines inside. The location provided a great get away from the strip but close enough to go back for more. Plus it was nice not waiting an hour to get checked in as you normally would if you stayed on the strip.
This is a nice chain. I have stayed at the one at Oklahoma and New Mexico which all had consistently great service and clean rooms.

| Everything was excellent and will stay there again! The free breakfast was excellent too with a great variety to choose from. Pool was nice and clean too! Rooms were clean and excellent! Reminded me of the rooms at the hard rock! |

| It was a very pleasant stay. We came to Hyatt after one night at Hard Rock, across the street, and couldn't be happier. The staff was really nice, the rooms clean, wi-fi free, breakfast included and no hidden fees like at Hard Rock. They even let us check out late for free. Would stay here again if I have to be close to Hard Rock. Access to HR pool is free to general public, so Hyatt worked out great for us. |

| Hotel was difficult to access because it's located on a one-way street. It took some navigating to get there, which is difficult in Las Vegas.
The area was noisy at night. Although we stayed on the third floor, the street noise and voices on the street were a distraction. |

| We were charged an "early" check in fee, even though our room was ready. No where did it state that there would be additional charges. In addition, there is no shuttle to the strip or cab line available. We will not be staying here again. |
