| name palace but not so palace after all. The rate was good so we tried out. I guess this would be you get what you pay for. The TV is a vintage style tube approximately 26", and the cable service was not clear at all. We keep getting static on the screen. The shower was fully functional that is only thing I can say about it, seriously it need some upgrade. The bed and the comforter is not comfortable at all but better than nothing. It really feels like the stuff from way back in the days. However, it has a very convenience location and it is in the center of everything we wanted to do. That is the only reason we choose this hotel. |

Elivators could have been cleaned once in a while.
Nice gambeling area.
Good value for money. |

| This location is perfect for staying on strip,directly in the action. Great Bat just outside called Rock House. If you plan on spending a lot of in your room this is not the place for you, but if you don't staying here is worth it if you get the room cheap. |

| Liked the casino and the location. Service was quick and efficient. The only down side you have to pay for wifi. |

| This is the second time I stayed here for the "Guys" Vegas trip, there were three of us so we asked for a roll away bed, this time just as last time no bed was delivered to the room, we had to call again the next morning after sleeping two guys to a bed (Golf Alpha Yaknee). This time however, the concierge tried to charge us for the extra bed, when I told him I had payed for three adults and was told it was no extra cost he changed his tune. |

| Had a great stay at the Imperial Palace. I was in town for a convention and the location of the hotel to the Las Vegas Convention Center is perfect. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. |

| The location right in the middle of the LV strip is greeat, and the dropping of resort fees a real plus. But their self-parking in the lot way behind the hotel proper with blind-ended rooms for parking was difficult at best. Now that I know where it all is, it would be much easier next time. But difficult for 1st time visitors. |

| Location is definitely great, Nothing fancy though, hotel/casino always busy but not crowded, a bit of a wait to check-in. Room was very clean. would recommend for a younger crowed though, I had my senior parents with me so it was a bit too noisy for them, but the walking distance from almost everything made it up for the noise! |

| I was worried at first about staying at IP because it was so inexpensive and there are some pretty bad reviews on here, but it was actually one of my best Vegas experiences. The staff were totally helpful and friendly, they offered us a choice of room and let us know we could change rooms if we didn't like how loud the Harrah's Carnival was. Their maid service was incredible, I've stayed at other higher end hotels that seemed like they didn't even employ maids, so this was pretty exceptional. The location is one of the best. Oh, and Hash House A Go-go? Uhhhhh-mazing, if you stay here, you MUST eat there. Their spa was great too; just as great of service as the higher end hotels for waaaay less money. My only issue was the elevators. We stayed in Tower 5, which has separate elevator banks than the rest of the rooms, so I can't say for the other towers, but our elevators were pretty sketchy. Nothing happened, they just need to be cleaned and oiled or something so it doesn't sound like screaming babies while they're in operation. |
