Both nights we stayed we were greeted warmly by the desk staff. Our rooms were very nice and clean. With 6 in our party, there were not enough towels and washcloths available, but a call to the front desk quickly resolved that. The staff could not have been nicer. The rooms were quiet. We were right across from the elevator, but we never heard any outside noise. BEST OF ALL---Made-to-order omelets... Can go my whole life without going to Vegas again, but if I find myself there, I would stay at Embassy again.

Staff members were extremely helpful, ensuring that our customer experience was outstanding. Well done!~ Breakfasts were wonderful. Managers happy hour was a little crowded, the venue in San Rafael, CA is larger, and I missed not having the Koi and the waterfall, but very nice hotel. Great customer service! Thank you!

The hotel is a very short drive to the Vegas strip. It allows you to take in Vegas without staying ON the strip-- especially with kids. Hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet is always a plus!

This hotel was awesome. Great breakfast buffet. Close to downtown Las Vegas and Las Vegas Blvd. Very convenient location and guest services were great. All in all - a great experience.

Embassy Suites Convention Center Las Vegas was a great place for kids...NO casinos! The staff is friendly and helpful; the monorail is close and the free shuttle is awesome.

Staying at the Embassy Suites was a very welcoming event versus staying at a casino hotel. You do not have the put up with the smoking and the crowds. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (except for one lady behind the check in counter), which did not take away from a wonderful stay at the Embassy. The cook to order breakfast each morning was outstanding, and the chefs were on top of their game. I will definitely stay here again and again, and I highly recommend this Embassy Suites hotel.

Great place. Great rate. Close to the Convention Center and the monorail. I was nice to get back to a quiet hotel after being in the noisy, crowded casinos. Full Breakfast happy hour are an added bonus.

Upon arrival, there was refreshing citrus water dispensers waiting for us even as a late check in. At check-in all the double bed rooms were taken so we were upgraded to a suite. I was utterly impressed with my stay...best customer service and breakfast was delicious (chef available to cook omlettes made to order :-)) I encourage you to stay here if you are looking for excellent service, breakfast included outside of the resort hotels.

Front desk service was very prompt and friendly and rooms are nice. The surrounding neighborhood seemed like a war zone. Lots of construction, and surrounded by very questionable apartment complexes. I only left the hotel in the daytime.
