Hotel location is great and makes the early flight connection a breeze. Room was okay but not great. My wife thought it was her hair that smelled, but found out it the pillow was the source of the odor. We got in late and flew out early so the room served the purpose of a place to get some sleep and the price/location value was perfect.

I read some of the previous complaints and was a little worried. BUT... the place was fantastic. From the courteous and on time shuttle drivers, the front desk and the nice breakfast - I was very happy and will recommend this to all. If you're worried about what these other people wrote like I did - fear not! Great beds, great service, very happy.

I appreciate free shuttle service, but not the difficulty in calling for pickup. Also the long wait for the van to arrive. The room A/C was nearly useless, but relative comfort was felt after two hours. On checkout the clerk called the shuttle van, which never showed up. A staff member arrived and did several tasks before learning that I was waiting for the shuttle, thereupon he immediately dropped what he was doing and took me. The clerk had apparently not advised him that I was waiting.

We found the hotel quite pleasant. It's very convenient to the airport, but we heard almost no airplane noise. It's just a short drive to the Strip and the Thomas & Mack is nearby. Just be sure not to be late for breakfast. It is OVER at 10!

As I explained before, the ck in was all the experience I had, they where nice but the hotel had no a/c working in the lobby area- super hot as well as out side- and they had restrictions on the temperature of your room's a/c- no colder than 72*F- beside that, the hotel was in a convenient area and the shuttle was on time.

Best Western is only two blocks away from the Strip, very convenient location. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to MGM every hour. We took the bus on the first day we arrive so that we'd know the driving route. The driver's very helpful and friendly. The only complain I would have is that there's no fridge and microwave in the guest room. Everything's good other than that. All in all - good value of money!

The site references free shuttle to and from airport but the service is VERY limited and the main reason I stayed there was for the shuttle. Because my flight schedules could not be accommodated I had to use taxis. They should post their shuttle hours on their site

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was plentiful (considering it was free after all), and the staff that I came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel has been remodeled since the last time I was there just a couple of years ago. It is off thr Strip and near the airport, but I had no trouble with airplane noise and the shuttle worked fine to get me to the MGM so I didn't have to drive my own car and worry about parking. I'lll be back.

I needed a hotel just for one night as close to the airport as possible. I'd like to say that it was the best choice I could possibly make. The hotel is right at the airport entrance.They have an airport shuttle service. And it took me about 3 minutes to get the terminal I needed.That was VERY convinient.
