| This is my second time at this resort the first time was with my husband and the second was with the family. My kids really enjoyed themselves and did not want to leave they could not believe that it was a hotel. We had access to pools, jacuzzi's, activity room for the kids and ourselves, bbq pits, and a weight and training room. We loved it so much that we decided to get timeshare here. I would recommend any and every one to this lovely resort. I told my nephew and his girlfriend about it and now they are going in September. |

| Very Nice and Brand new building
Good for family. Next Hotel South Point have a lot to offer....(Movies, Bowling, Casino, etc.)
Also not far to "M RESORT" have a very execellent buffet. |

| We've stayed at several time share properties in Vegas, usually at Cancun Villa Resorts but they were full when we reserved so we tried Grandview. I have to say, the pool is nicer at Cancun ( 4 waterslides) but the rooms are bigger, newer and more nicely decorated at Grandview (even though they don't have Granite countertops like Cancun). The jacuzzi tub is kind of odd being in the bedroom rather than the bathroom, but a really great place. The rooms are really a lot bigger than they look in the pictues. They have several smaller pools, and it is right across the street from the South Point Casino, which was great with the movie theater and bowling alley right there. They only asked us once at check in and once in a phone call if we wanted to listen to the time share talk , but they didn't bother us about it at all. Their gameroom is closed, being renovated they said, so that was kind of disappointing that there wasn't any arcade or billards or anythimg for the kids, but South point had all kinds of stuff for them and was a very easy walk. Would definately stay here again. |

| Our stay was very relaxing. Everything in
the room was wonderful,we went food shopping when we got there,stores are near by.The casino next door was next stop
it is in walking distance and there is a
tram also we enjoyed the buffet there and
gaming for adults movies and bowling for
children after dinner.The strip and more
attractions are 10 min drive away. Fitness
center and pool area is nice. Jacuzzi tub
in room is awesome !!! Well worth the
price. Only 1 complaint parking,but they
are building a parking garage. I'd love
to go back,and I have already recommended
this resort to my friends. |

| they night supervisor hassled me when i checked in for a six day stay when i told her i needed to check out a day early due to a change in my plans and she said i would be charged for that day even though there was a 72 hour cancellation policy so i had to check with the day manager what a hassle. the day mgr obviously credited the day. |

| I really enjoyed my stay at the Grandview. Prior to my stay, the airlines placed my bag on a separate flight, the hostess was very understanding and took really good care of me until my bag arrived. I was pleased with the security of the building and the individual suites. And the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable.
I liked the convenience of the casino right across the street and the fact that you could take the shuttle to the Mandalay Bay with access to the strip.
It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. |

| The Grandview is a great place if you want to be away from the action. There is a Hotel Casino across the street, but it does not compare to the action on the strip. Grandview is approximately a 15 minute drive from the strip (in good traffic) so you will definitely need a car. |
