| Wow, what more can I say. From the start - check-in was fantastic Julie was great and she made it a pleasure to accomodate us with an upgrade in Room style which was all worth it. The Room was everything you would hope for in it.
Housekeeping was great in all needs.
Casino was very fun and exciting.
My wife and I would love to pass the word on about the great Hotel and Staff that LVH (Hilton) has to offer. For all who go to visit Las Vegas remember LVH (Hilton) and request the "1 Bedroom Suite" it's the best. |

| Is it glitzy and glamourous? No. But it is super convenient to the convention center - even connected at one spot. The room had seen better days, but it was perfectly clean. On the club floor, we got nice bathrobes and slippers, high end (Peter THomas Roth) toiletries, and a lovely breakfast and afternoon snack. (with wine!) One note: there is no security checking who is going up the hotel elevators.
Overall, not exciting, but convenient, and perfectly fine. |

| The telephone in the room did not work -we couldn't call for moreclean towels. access to valet is not easy to find seems to be located at the back of the casino. So we had to park in the garage which so inconvenient. |

| The property is losing its flag, Hilton. The rooms have not been maintained. When I walked into the room the closet door was off the track and laying in the closet. This was not fixed the entire time I was there.
The GYM is not a part of the hotel and unless you have a Hilton card you will pay an additional $20.00 per person.
The restaurants that were listed on the wall at the club do not exist. No sushi restaurant.
The positive is that the property is next to the convention center and has monorail access to the strip. |

| I have stayed at this hotel before and not a single problem.For some reason they have changed their policy and started to charge what seems like for every little thing i.e. to use their in room safe. Why would they charge you a daily rate to use their in-room safe??? That makes no sense to me. |

| When every hotel on the strip is crazy expensive for new year's eve, this is a great alternative. The price is significantly less (almost half of most 4 star hotels) and with the monorail is it is easy to move around.
However the quality of the hotel is only ok, and the room air conditioning was horrible. It is in the middle of the winter (albeit a seasonably warm one) and the room was a sauna at times. It is even cooler outside!
The maintenance of the hotel has definitely gone down but our stay was livable. With the price and NYE conditions I don't regret staying here at all. |
