| The thermostat situation wasn't great, the temperature was humid with the a/c on high. Upgrade the thermostat system. |

| The room was not bad however, the maintenance service was very poor. Called to the front desk and asked for someone to take a look at a leaking faucet in the shower tub. Response was no problem we will send someone out and take care of it right away. The next day still the same issue, however the leak was very annoying. Housekeeping could not have missed the leak because rust was already forming near the water drain from continuous long term water leak. |

| My stay at LVH was okay. The rooms we cleaned. The staff was helpful and the location is great if you don’t want to stay at a hotel on the strip. What I didn’t like was I booked a non-smoking room and every morning cigarette smoke was in the room. The towels smelled of smoke and it was terrible. Also, the ventilation and A/C wasn’t good either. If you didn’t have the A/C on, there was no flowing air in the room. If the A/C was on, you could not adjust it and it blew directly on you. |

| I picked this hotel because the price on Friday and Saturday night was much lower than anything on the Strip. I had stayed here before when it was the Hilton and not much has changed. It's what you would expect for something off Strip and a little older. I would stay here again. |

| Good place to stay. Not to far from the strip. Found a cockaroch in the suit I was staying in. Told the front desk and they didn't do anything about it. |
