| Never seen such customer service. Not the cheapest place in Las Vegas, but worth every penny. Absolutely beautiful, serene hotel in the middle of the crazy Las Vegas strip. |

| We really enjoyed our stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Having a quiet relaxing place to return to after visiting the hustle and bustle of the casinos was great. And the service was outstanding. |
