Counter service creates a friendly ambiance where you can watch the experts in French-cooking technique prepare your meal. A tasting menu, tapas, fine wines and much more are offered at Zagat-Rated "Best Las Vegas Restaurant", L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon at MGM.

Hakkasan is a modern, yet authentic, Cantonese restaurant in Las Vegas, yet it is world-renowned. The mood is laid-back, yet sensory. The design is Shanghai-Chinois chic, yet the sounds and lighting are ultra-modern technology. Chef Ho Chee Boon's signature dishes are expertly-prepared by his wok and dim sum chefs using only premium ingredients. The kitchen is center stage and watching these chefs at work heightens the Hakkasan Las Vegas dining experience. There is a vast selection of cocktails created especially to compliment the superb dishes on the menu.

Emeril's New Orleans Fish House

Chef Emeril Lagasse's fish and shellfish dishes are always sure winners. I read on Emeril's menu that he seeks-out the best of seafood, year-round, from Northern Hemisphere waters. He also suggests that you check out the daily lunch specials and ask the wait staff for recommendations. Emeril's Creole restaurant in Las Vegas also offers beef, chicken and pork dishes that are mouth-watering deliciousness. The Fisherman's Stew, etouffee, gumbo, chowder and bisque are delightfully-good. Or perhaps you'd like to try a Po Boy sandwich that's the "real deal" and a piece of Emeril's banana cream pie. Tom Colicchio's craftsteak

Tom Colicchio's craftsteak is one of the very best gourmet steakhouses in Las Vegas. They feature dry-aged, Angus, domestic Wagyu and Japanese A5 Wagyu beef selections cooked to perfection. You might have trouble deciding what to order, but you won't have trouble finding what you want on this outstanding menu. craftsteak reaches beyond the classic Vegas steakhouse with their premium meats and produce being sourced from small family farms, farmers markets, and other select venues. You'll also find veal, salmon and lobster dishes along with a superb wine list and 200 whiskey labels.

Fiamma Trattoria & Bar

Now we're talking Italian. Fiamma is an Italian restaurant in Vegas that offers the mainstay of Italian dishes "done right". Seafood starters and entrees, antipasto, soup du jour, beef carpaccio, Caesar salad, gorgonzola/pear/arugula salad, fresh pasta with the most delicious meats, seafood, cheeses and sauces and seasonal risotto of the day. My mouth is watering for all this wonderful and traditional Italian food, along with the classic desserts and coffees, you expect of a fine Italian restaurant. And what a delightful bar at Fiamma for enjoying before-dinner cocktails and after-dinner drinks. P.S. The full menu is served at the bar but it's on a first-come, first-served basis.

There's a new Japanese restaurant in Vegas and there you will find the freshest sushi, the best Japanese cuisine (with modern dishes as well as traditional), 125 sake selections and 25 Japanese beers. All this splendid Japanese food and drink is served at the ultra-hip establishment Shibuya. The sashimi, sushi and salads are bites of perfection and beautifully-presented in their simplicity. Other creations include Black Angus or Wagu beef, braised short ribs, free-range chicken, pork and seafood selections. Reserve a table at Shibuya and have an incredible evening of good food, drink and atmosphere.

Crush is a new American restaurant in Las Vegas, yet it's somewhat cosmopolitan. On the Crush menu, you'll find traditional favorites like steaks, chicken and food-fired pizzas, but you'll also find sea bass, shrimp risotto, peasant soup and lamb meatballs. There's a wonderful selection of vegetables and salads and also a VEGAN menu that is probably the best vegan food in Vegas. The list of wine, spirits and beer is extensive and you can order small plates as well as larger plates for sharing.

Cabana Grill

Cabana Grill, located by the pool at MGM, is convenient and relaxing outdoor dining. There's lots of tasty food on the menu along with specialty cocktails, frozen cocktails and plenty of beer choices. Breakfast, lunch, appetizers, salads, sushi, burgers, sandwiches, entrees and wood-fired pizza are available poolside during the Las Vegas pool season.

Stage Deli

Stage Deli is the premier deli in Las Vegas because all the meats they serve come to them from the East Coast. I think we all know how important that is when building a scrumptious deli sandwich. Of course, all sandwiches are served with a really good pickle and the perfect bread or roll of your choosing. Classic sides, salads, matzo ball soup, New York cheesecake and Dr. Brown's soda are on the Stage Deli menu. And most breakfast items, "of course", involve a delicious bagel. When looking for a good deli in Vegas, find it in the MGM hotel near the Race & Sports Book.

The Corner Cakes Pastry Shop

When you see the cupcake collection at Corner Cakes you might think it's the stage for Cupcake Wars. There are so many different and unique flavor combinations complete with pretty decorations on top. The tarts, pies and cakes will also win you over and their coffees are extra-delicious. Remember when you first heard on national television about the "Crodough" when it premiered in NYC? The croissant and doughnut hybrid? Well, it's made its way to the Las Vegas pastry shop Corner Cakes. Open 24 hrs.

Project Pie

Assembly line pizza pie? Now that's a fun idea and that's the way they do it at Project Pie. You choose the dough for your crust, it's brushed with olive oil, and then you accompany your pie along the "assembly line". Choose your sauce and toppings, as well as how much of each you want, and finish with the cheese(s) you like. Then off it goes to the stone hearth oven that finishes your "project" in two minutes or less! For some of the best pizza in Vegas, do it "your way" at Project Pie. Only the freshest of ingredients are used and the doughs and sauces are made fresh daily.
