Stage Deli is the premier deli in Las Vegas because all the meats they serve come to them from the East Coast. I think we all know how important that is when building a scrumptious deli sandwich. Of course, all sandwiches are served with a really good pickle and the perfect bread or roll of your choosing. Classic sides, salads, matzo ball soup, New York cheesecake and Dr. Brown's soda are on the Stage Deli menu. And most breakfast items, "of course", involve a delicious bagel. Assembly line pizza pie? Now that's a fun idea and that's the way they do it at Project Pie. Choose your sauce and toppings, as well as how much of each you want, and finish with the cheese(s) you like. Then off it goes to the stone hearth oven that finishes your "project" in two minutes or less! For some of the best pizza in Vegas, do it "your way" at Project Pie.
