| The hotel was nice and comfortable. We stayed for four nights and loved being able to walk up to our room right after Zumanity. But outside of two exceptions, most of the hotel staff were a little rude. They seemed to be too busy to consider such a lowly patron as ourselves. I got really frustrated because I was PAYING for FOUR nights at their establishment, AND dined at several of their restaurants, played their slot machines...I felt like I was giving them a fair amount of money - but that apparently isn't enough to be treated kindly and considerately. |

| was not a great dollar value, no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Between the "extra" $60 charge for a 3rd person in the room and the exorbitant "resort fees" 16.80 a night after taxes it increased the price of the room by almost 75% of the "advertized" price |

| The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We called for new towels and got them right away. The only bad thing was finding out there's an automatic $15 charge (+tax) per night for internet access. Even if you don't use it. And they told us this when we were checking in so we didn't have a choice. =( I will be calling the hotel to discuss this further. Glad the room was such a great last minute deal. |

| Location is nice, nice amenities, fun and great assortment of restaurants and pubs. Be wary of the RESORT FEE - it is primarily for slow internet, a paper you have to go get in the Essentials Store, a below average fitness center and printing boarding documents - which no one needs these days. |

| the only problem is when i check in r check out they charge u 15 dollars aday 4 internet i have on my cell phone they charge 4 a news paper if i want 2 look 4 some news i look on my cell phone local call if i want 2 used the phone i used my cell phone this should be a choice if i r a guess would like this option i understand about the tax |

| Location is very convenient. Hotel room was nice modern and clean...only thing that went bad was they didn't have the double bed room that I originally requested and had to move rooms the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful. |

| Convenient location, great restaurants, great price! Easy access from casino to hotel room (unlike lots of Vegas hotels). |

| Stayed there New Years Day and it is a great comfortable hotel. The ambiance is very upbeat on the casino floor and the staff is nice. The only thing I disliked was the fact that Room Service charges a $9 fee to bring up a simple wine bottle opener on top of the $15/day resort fee. I've stayed at lower quality hotels that bring it up for free and i expected a LV Resort to be able to accomodate that. Aside from that, overall stay was GREAT and I would recommend it! |
