| I had a little issue on this trip that Paris was more than accomodating towards. I broke my ankle while in Vegas and the entire staff just couldn't do enough for us, from the registration desk to the restaurant staff to the maintenance staff. I have stayed at Paris several times in the past and will continue to do so. |

| The theming and details of the hotel were excellent. It was very pretty. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's "outdoor street" with all of its shops and eateries.
We were disappointed that the pool closed at 7pm, but this seemed to be standard across Las Vegas. Likewise common to all of Las Vegas was the cigarette smoke. Even though it is now banned in restaurants and bars the sell food, it is still legal on casino floors, so it is very difficult to avoid given that the only way to get from the hotel elevators to the strip is through the casino. |

| The Paris was a great hotel. The decor, cleanliness, service polite & satisfying, food very good & French. The only problem was in communicating properly about the food buffet. The term 24 hour buffet is very ambiguous to say the least. When you buy a 3 night package most of the time you don’t buy a 24 hour only, one time period for 3 night stay. The problem lies in just saying to the customer a 24 hour buffet is included in the extra price. You unfortunately think the buffet runs 24 hours and the period is the length of stay and it is not. Other than this misunderstanding the hotel was beautiful and a great stay. |

| We paid additional money to stay in a large suite with 2 bathrooms and a very nice living room area. The pillows and linens were very comfortable, the jetted bathtub was huge and nice. The view was of tops of buildings and a distant mountain view. All of those things were great. The only issue we had was the staff. We spent a lot of time at the pool and 5 times tried to order from the waitresses there, they never returned as promised. The bakery where we ate each morning was also wonderful except the service was poor. We did eat at a cafe where our waiter was nice, we were pleasantly surprised by him after poor service at the other locations. I would stay again, hopefully those people were just having a bad week and it is not their normal treatment of customers. |

| The location is great, the rooms are nice, the casino didn't smell too smoky like most others on the strip, HOWEVER... the only gripe I had was to pay to use the gym in the hotel and also a fee to use the WIFI from my room. I can't list how much the fees were, however they were a bit steep if I were to use the services for my entire stay (5 days) Other than that, I enjoyed the stay at the Paris. |

| Traditionally, I stay at the sister property next door. This was my first stay at this hotel. Great room with a wonderful view. Will stay here again. |

| The hotel was fine. The rooms are old and feel dirty but the bathroom was nice. I wanted one of those updated rooms you see in the pictures and you have to pay extra $$ for that per night. No freebies there. The casino/lobby area was ALWAYS buzzing with traffic, always filled with smoke & after a few days - it became annoying. Overall tho - I guess we got what we paid for b/c it was not expensive per night. |
