| Requested room far away from the elevator and the vending machines at check-in. Got exactly that, a room DIRECTLY by the elevator and the vending machines. Interesting.. Overall room cleaniness could be better; dirty sink, tub, mirror and bed linen. Also had the toughest, hardest toilet paper. But for the location and the wonderful casino, we would never choose this hotel ever again. |

| Parking is very far from the entrance, so I'd recommend coughing up a few bucks for valet. Check in on a Sunday took about 2 hours in line, and then getting up to the 22nd floor where our room was meant the elevator stopped on every floor (and stopped 22 times on the way down, too). The room, overall, was better than expected: a nice bathroom with a tub, comfortable bed. The duvet had a few stains on it but was clean.
I did not appreciate that the pool closed at 7pm, presumably to eschew people from having free night fun. The pool was small and crowded, and drinks at the bar (don't even think about taking your own in, Mr. T at the pool entrance will stop you) cost 12 to 15 dollars--for a simple G&T or margarita. This hotel definitely caters to a younger crowd, and the atmosphere at the pool was friendly.
The Casino was clean and modern, and remarkably smelled nothing of smoke. Lots of shops and eating in the Miracle Mile shops. I remember this being my favorite part of the hotel back when it was the Aladdin, and it still is.
Overall, I'd stay again-if staying on the strip was a necessity. The guy I'm with had never been to Las Vegas and it was only fair to give him the full experience. If you're not a gambler like me, though, I'd personally save my money and check out somewhere like the Holiday Inn Flamingo (with nicer rooms than 9 out of 10 strip hotels-brand new). |

| Pros:
The hotel was nice, not the best one i have been to in Vegas but acceptable. The location was great, right in the middle of the strip. The best part was the shops attached to the casino. Go to the Margarita place in the mall for breakfast, great food but gotta get there before 10:30. The hawiian burger joint is good too.
Cons:
On my floor they were always out of ice. The elevator lobby wan't air conditioned and was really hot. You had to wait 30 mins for an elevator on high traffice times. Bed wasn't too comfy, the window shades don't block out the sun and in Vegas thats not the best thing. If the room next to you is taking a bath or shower you for sure can hear it LOUDLY. The room was sort of clean, but the campy Hollywood memorabilia was cheesy and not necessary. I dont need Samuel Jackson and Sandra Bullock looking at me while i pee.
Basically a good hotel for the price, but if you are looking for more luxury there are better places.
Also I like the loud music in the casino, but this is not a hotel for older folks. |

| First class room--It was spacious and quiet with a ridiculously comfortable bed and a luxurious, huge bathroom. We even had a good view. Excellent! Loved being close to the strip. Would definitely stay there again. |

| This hotel is right in the middle of the strip so it is a convenant walk or taxi ride anywhere on the strip. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting show tickets and good suggestions on the restaurants to eat as far as the price and type of meal you wanted. |

| The hotel & casnio was very hip, young and fun. Even most of the guest were younger (20's & 30's crowd).
The staff was very nice and helpful anytime we had a question or needed something.
The casion itself had great music, fun bars and nice "eye-candy"!
My finance and I will definitely be staying at Planet Hollywood the next time we go to Vegas.
The casino was also very centrally located on the Las Vegas Stip, easy to walk to other casino's and hotels.
I was very happy with our stay and would recommend it to other young travelers. |

| Busy casino and loud. Probably more suited to younger crowd. Pools close at 7pm so our teenagers were disappointed that they could not swim later into the evening when it was 108 degrees outside still. Rooms were huge and bath HUGE! Convenient to walk to lots of shops, restuarants and other casinos! Had fun. |

| The Room was fantastic, even so I stayed another night. the theme room was a walk in the clouds. Outstanding place, nice casino, pool, and great mall near by. you wont be disappointed. Its right on the strip |

| Stayed at Planet Hollywood with wife. Great pool, very clean hotel and great room in the middle of everything. Casino floor has a open feeling and atmosphere is good. The buffet left a little to be desired, but otherwise a great stay. |
