| Everything was good except that the shower tub seemed really dirty u had to scrub it myself I even found hair that had not been washed away I think this was very bad |

| I think this is the best of the three Stateline properties. It's certainly the most modern, and up to date. I like that it is connected to the outlet mall, and the monorail can take you to either Whiskey Pete's or Buffalo Bills (when it's operating). Food is good and convenient (although the cafe is a little slow - possibly understaffed?) Casino is pretty tight. Good place to stay, but gamble down the road.... |

| The hotel was ok but not worth the money. Hotel alarms went off at 5:30 am for 10 minutes. 3 other alarms in 2 days as well. No reason for the alarms. There was tape on the carpet where torn. Get the idea? |

| I asked for a handicap room as my husband has trouble walking. The room that was assigned was very far from everything. Once we made it to the room he was unable to walk back to the casino as was our plan. I wanted to try and get a different room but by this time he was in so much pain he just wanted to lay down. |

| We were traveling to California and didn't want the hassle of Las Vegas traffic for a one night stay. This hotel met our needs perfectly. Although it doesn't include breakfast or coffee machines, the price is good so paying for breakfast isn't a detriment. |

| I came across a problem in my room.I expressed my frustration to the front desk and followed up with an email to their customer service when I retured. I did not receive an apology or confirmation of receipt - or any follow-up from them. Disappointed with the customer service. BTW - the beds were really comfortable - one of the best I've ever slept in. |
