| Overview |
|
The Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino celebrates the spectacle of classic Vegas with a Brazilian spin. You can catch beads thrown by colorful Carnaval dancers as their floats swing high above the casino, lie by the sandy "beach" in the seasonal 4-pool complex, and shop Masquerade Village, designed to look like a neighborhood in the real Rio. When you're ready to take the party to The Strip, 1 mile away, free Rio shuttles are available from mid-morning until late night. (Brought your own wheels? The hotel garage also offers free parking.) If you're craving more spectacle, the renowned "Bad Boys of Magic," Penn & Teller, dish out equal parts comedy and awe 6 nights a week, while at popular Chippendales The Show, 12 sleek dancers delight and disarm as they disrobe. If classic rock and roll is more your style, don't miss the hits of the Platters, the Coasters, and the Marvelettes, performed at the Rio's own Crown Theater. After a show, you can mingle at Flirt Lounge; enjoy a nightcap from the Wine Cellar's impressive $10 million collection; or top off your night with a Brazilian specialty drink at the VooDoo Rooftop Nightclub, where a house band and DJs set the scene for dancing and cocktailing until the wee hours. Just downstairs, VooDoo Steak and Lounge features French-Creole specialties and mesmerizing 50th-floor views. When you're ready to get in on the fun, the Rio casino offers favorites like slots, blackjack, and poker. Serious poker fans, take note: The Rio's Poker Room hosts the "World Series of Poker" and employs 100% certified World Series of Poker dealers. Not a gamer? Unwind with a Little Black Dress Detox Massage or a Kentucky Bourbon Gentlemen’s Pedicure at the Rio Spa & Salon. At the end of an action-packed day, relax in your spacious suite, featuring a plush sitting area, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spectacular Vegas views. Enjoy high-speed wired Internet access, video games, and pay movies (surcharges apply). And don't forget Fifi--dogs under 50 pounds are welcome at the Rio for a surcharge.
