Check in desk had two very rud people. They mad me feel like I shouldn't be there. And bother them to answer or work. I did arive very early in the morning. I did get some answers from the 800 number and from another desk person. I do admit the bell hops were very helpful and very nice. The checked my bags and that helped. I had to be in indian springs.  And I didn't want to hall all my lougage around. They really helped. The food there was good and the casino was ok. I was very unhappy of my treatment. I don't think I will come back. Nor would I recomend it either.

The line to check in at the registration desk was 2.5 hours long because of a convention the following day, and the hotel did not staff more than 2 agents to move the line along. Parking was a nightmare which took 30 mins by itself. However they did comp a portion of the reservation for the inconvenience, and the room was immaculate. I'd still go b  ack.

The hotel staff was helpful and the room was clean but could use updating. We had a problem with the lock even after having the room key card rekeyed three times.

I have been to Vegas a few times before and this hotel has been the most convenient and cheap one and closest to the strip. The service is very good, even to foreign people.

We were surprised at the rate for a Saturday night. We liked the idea that we did not need to go through the casino to get to check-in and to our room. The big surprise was the manditory $11 room charge extra for extras. Even though we did not have our computer, we still were required to pay this fee. Not a really big deal but just a surprise.

Cannot beat this hotel for convenience to Convention center. Hotel is old but room was clean and comfortable. They took over one hour to check in. a line of people on a Thursday at 6:00pm. I stayed another time and the same problem not enough staff to check in customers. They did not seem to care and acted as if this was normal. I do not stay in Las  Vegas often so I do not know if this is normal. I recommend this hotel if you need to be close to convention center and the price was good.

Perfect location for inexpensive stay within walking distance to the LVCC. But if you like a nice fun modern place not the place to stay

First night - 2 rooms. 1st: broken lock, didn't even get into. 2nd: No heater. Second Night On - Upgraded to Suite Shower out of order, sewage, but their guy was cheery for the whole 2 hours he spent fixing it. They were at capacity so everything that was about to break did I guess. Everything was crazy for the hotel staff so if there were going to  be problems they would have shown far more. It looked like they were working as hard as they could to make it both right for the customer, and fix the problem in the future as well. I was impressed.... That part of town is definitely on the way up...
