This hotel charges a mandatory resort fee of $20.00 plus tax per day. The fee is payable directly to the hotel and covers the following amenities:

At 550 square feet, the Junior Suite is big on style. Maximum room occupancy is 4 persons.

One Bedroom Suite
The beautifully appointed 950 square foot one-bedroom suites boast designer amenities, high-end comforts and pure luxury where you'll find a separate bedroom with deluxe KING bed, two luxurious bathrooms, Whirlpool spa tub, a spacious living room with entertainment center and high-definition flat-screen TV and so much more. Maximum room occupancy is 4 persons.

Fitness Center & Pool
One need not leave The Signature at MGM Grand grounds to enjoy a complete resort experience that includes a fitness center with state-of-the-art workout equipment, multiple heated outdoor pools, poolside cabanas, cocktail service, in-suite dining as well as 24-hour Concierge, valet and bell staff services.
