| We enjoyed our stay this was a second visit this Resort location is convenient close to the Airport, Strip, and shopping. The Hotel Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel and casino are clean, the room was very nice and comfortable. I have refer Silverton to all our Friends and we will be back. Thank you |

| some service employees need to remember who the customer is. One wait staff walks away from me half way through taking my order and never asks how my meal was or offering another drink. One bar lady was down right rude to some travelers from Spain. They did not know the language, she felt they were using up her time trying to order, I helped them, but hey, Las Vegas is in a recession....I beleive you welcome all business with a smile. Hotel was nice change from the strip and very nice for the price. |

| My husband and I stayed here for a night on a long road trip and we had a comfy room, a nice view, in short we enjoyed it. Booked again for a wedding we had to attend, and it was not so nice in the rooms and views we had. The first room had a strange cleaner smell that was way too strong for my husband with asthma. We changed rooms and got a lovely view of a wall that blocked out 99% sunlight, six feet away from our window. Had to have all the lights on. I remember my fist stay was so wonderful and luxurious, but I don't think I'll book a standard room anymore. I'll book with them again if I get a deluxe. It's friendly, and a welcoming place, I think we just got the leftover rooms. |

| Actually we have no complaints. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I would give this hotel a very good rating. |

| Restaurant service was poor at best, and they were not all that busy.
Also, the rooms were run down with some plumbing and bathroom conditions that need to be updated. My safe worked about half of the time, and my friend had to have his safe drilled before we could leave town. It delayed us 2 hours. |

| Overall the stay was a positive experience. Service in both the Hamberger Stand and the Coffee Shop was extremely slow taking more than 45 minutes to obtain our order and food though neither resturante was overly busy as there were many empty tables.
The front desk staff were efficient upon check in and departure.
Of note, the room safe malfunctioned and the night maintainence man worked for almost two hours to get it open. The Front desk clerk seemed unappreciative for my compliment for his efforts and made no appology for us missing our transport due to a malfunctioning safe. I am just thankful that the maintainence man worked as hard as he did so that we did not miss the return trip totally and had to reschedule. |
