At 800 feet above the Strip, enjoy award-winning cuisine at the Top of the World Restaurant while taking in the 360 degree revolving view of Las Vegas. Indulge in mouthwatering steak and lobster and select from the extensive wine list. Buffet fans will love the The Buffet, an all you can eat delight with every dish imaginable and champagne brunch on Sundays. Roxy's Diner takes you down memory lane featuring live entertainment and the best burgers and shakes ever.  Fellini's Ristorante Italiano with Executive Chef Joseph Siano brings you one of the best Italian restaurants in all of Vegas. Tower Pizzeria is now open and located on the retail level.  For something unique, the Stratosphere's private dining rooms are available for groups of 10 or more. Enjoy the 67,000 sq ft pool and recreation deck located on the 8th floor of the World Tower with poolside cafe and fabulous views. It has been newly-remodeled and re-opening March 1, 2010.  You will also find a fully-equipped fitness center, basketball hoops, a volleyball net, a spa tub,  and a health-and-beauty spa which offers body and facial treatments as well as massages. The Beach Club 25, is a secluded topless pool area for ages 21 and over.

The eight-floor pool complex includes a freeform pool with a rock waterfall, a tropical ocean-scene wall, volleyball nets and rental cabanas. A second outdoor pool is reserved for adults, only. Roni Josef International Salon and Spa offers body treatments that include Swedish and Western therapies. An indoor/outdoor fitness center overlooks the activity pool and houses cardiovascular and weight-training machines.

The property is undergoing renovations. The following areas are affected:

Open year-round, the eighth-floor pool complex includes a 155-foot-long freeform pool with a rock waterfall, an oversized spa tub, volleyball nets, and rental cabanas with TVs, ceiling fans, and padded lounges.

A daily resort fee includes use of an indoor/outdoor fitness center with free weights and cardio and strength-training machines.

The South Seas-themed Bali Hai Golf Club is 7.5 miles away, and the 18-hole courses at Desert Pines Golf Club and Royal Links Golf Club are both within seven miles.

Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, 26 miles away, provides rock climbing, biking and hiking trails, and scenic drives. The Lake Mead National Recreational Area, 30 miles away, offers fishing, boating, swimming, and hiking. Mount Charleston, 40 miles away, has biking and hiking trails, horseback riding, skiing, and snowboarding.

Late-night adult entertainment in Theater of the Stars is provided by Bite (surcharge), a vampire-themed topless revue (closed Thursdays).

Located above the revolving restaurant, Level 107 lounge (surcharge) offers a jazz band Wednesday–Sunday and late-night DJ music Fridays and Saturdays.

On Stratosphere Tower, Skyjump (surcharge) allows 1 passenger to jump from the 108th floor in a controlled freefall, similar to a vertical zipline.

Big Shot (surcharge) launches 16 passengers 160 feet in 2.5 seconds at a speed of 45 miles per hour along a 238-foot mast that extends like a needle from the top of the tower.

Images Dueling Piano Bar - Guests can sing along with the newest dueling piano show in Las Vegas. Shows run Thursday through Sunday, starting at 9pm. Never a cover charge.

AirBar - Guests can enjoy cocktails or beer at the highest bar in Las Vegas offering spectacular views of Sin City – day or night. Features the signature drink Jet Fuel.

Top of the World Restaurant - Revolving restaurant in tower some 1,000 feet above Las Vegas. Steaks, seafood, and Continental cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner.

Fellini's Ristorante Italiano - Italian dining in a courtyard setting. Open for dinner only.

The Buffet - Serving brunch buffet daily, including Sunday champagne brunch. Dinner buffet nightly, including steak and seafood buffet Fridays and seafood buffets Sundays.

El Nopal - Independently operated Mexican restaurant. Open for lunch and dinner.

Pool Café - Burgers, hot dogs, and salads served from late morning to early evening.

Pool Bar - Open-air spot with plasma TVs. Open in warm weather from midmorning to late evening.

Tower Shops - Fast-food options in the hotel's shopping promenade include Mama Ilandro's pizza and pasta, Wetzel's Pretzels, McDonald's, Häagen-Dazs ice cream, and Fat Tuesday's frozen-drink bar.
